Why the Owner Chose Seabrook
Seabrook Beach is one of the best beaches in the New England - dunes, sand and clean water, a great family beach where surfing, boogie boards, kayaking, kite boarding and fishing are permitted right from the beach. When the tide is out, this is one of the best walking beaches anywhere (2+ miles of Seabrook Beach with the ability to continue another 4+ miles along Salisbury Beach in MA to the mouth of the Merrimack River).
The Unique Benefits of this House
Access to whale watching, deep sea fishing, surfing...Also, Hampton, Newburyport and Portsmouth are close by.

Our 2011 family vacation at Seabrook Beach was a success! We rented both units which allowed us to accommodate extended family easily in the 7+ BR property. Everyone was able to vacation together, but still have their own space. The house is clean, very comfortable and works well for summer entertaining. Plenty of parking for both family and guests. The location at Seabrook Beach is ideal and only short walk to the beach path. We are looking forward to returning again in 2012!
