IN WINTER ... ski-in/ski-out to fabulous Peak 9, with the best of all ski and board levels (will email you the map) including a ski school at your doorstep. Drop the children off at the children's ski school right at the entrance to the lodge. They will have a ball all day with the best ski instructors on the planet.
IN THE SUMMER ... (I am told by many), is the best time of the year in Breckenridge, for the hiking, horseback riding, kiyaking, mountain biking, white water rafting, fly fishing and then the fabulous shopping and nightlife.
There is a heated garage for your car (not free), but walk to EVERYTHING. Main Street is one block away. Every type of restaurant, shop, bar-lounge, grocery, churches, medical clinic, ski rentals, ice skating rink, ski lifts within a very short walk (or take the free bus). The Lodge itself has every amenity that you would want including an exercise room with elliptical's, treadmills, free weights, and weight machine. There is a dry and wet sauna, with first class locker rooms, heated indoor/outdoor pool, several hot tubs outdoors, game room with pool table and other games and washer and dryers on every floor. The condo has the best view in the building (I looked at many) you can see several peaks at one time. When the moon is full the mountains glow blue at night. There is a full kitchen with granite, double sink, microwave, standard range-oven, full refrigerator, dishwasher and all utensils, large Hollywood bath, full sized bed and living room with sofa-bed and oversized chair and carpeted for your comfort. The interior is of a mountain lodge decor as is the lobby with exposed wood everywhere.
I stayed in this unit my second visit to Breckenridge, it was so warm and inviting I had to buy it ... but you don't have to. My home is your home!! You'll fall in love in many ways with Breckenridge, I promise ... (Owner)
