Gulfview II Condominium is located on Scenic Gulf Drive near Maravilla and Beach Retreat in Destin, Florida. It is a three story complex offering 350 feet of private beach on which to enjoy the beautiful white sands of the emerald coast in Destin. Seasonal beach service of umbrellas and chairs is included with each rental.
The Gulfview II features two pools and a whirlpool. One of the pools is heated in cooler weather. Because of our economical rates and hall bunks (perfect for kids), Gulfview is popular with young families and couples. Enjoy the conveniences of home for less than hotel cost.
Charcoal grills are available to guests, giving them the option of grilling their own great tasting meals or dining at one of the many local restaurants near by. Units feature full kitchen facilities and one bath. Washer/dryer facilities are available on-site.
There are three large grocery stores located within two miles of Maravilla as well as other popular shopping destinations. In addition, the Scenic Gulf Drive area of Destin has miles of biking and walking paths enjoyed by visitors to the area. Rental bikes are available from nearby vendors.

My Family stayed here in late Aug. 2011 We had a wonderfull time. The condo had everything we needed. The walk to the beach took less than a minute. Chairs and umbrella were waiting for us each day we were there. We will be back.

My family has stayed in this condo 4 times and have never been disappointed. The condo is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect..... just steps away from the beach or you can enjoy spending your day by one of the two pools. Our family also loves the fact that we are so close to great shopping and restaurants !!

This unit was clean & comfy. Attention to detail was evident in the presentation of furniture & accessories. All amenities were there. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to beach, clean pool, nice view of Gulf & incl. chairs/umbrellas was a major plus for us. I would recommend this unit to friends & family anyday!
