This is a brand new four bedroom, two bath single level home located in Arlington, Texas in the highly desired Mansfield district.
I have 3 other homes, I do have a five bedroom, three bedroom, and a four bedroom in the same neighborhood, please contact me in regards to my other homes in the area.All have the association pool.
My home is located near Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor and Joe Pool lake and is not far from the downtown Dallas area, airport and Ft. Worth.
The kitchen has all black appliances and beautiful countertops.
All pots and pans, utensils are provided for service up to 14 guests.
The bedrooms are as follows:
Master: King bed
Bedroom two: two twins beds
Bedroom three: one queen
Bedroom four: One queen
I also have two sleepers in the living room and Two Queen air beds.
I also have a portable crib and portable high chair.
There is a barbeque (uses propane) in the backyard. Propane not always guaranteed to be full. This is provided for your convenience
The association pool is a few houses away from this home, with a very nice playground.
NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.
