The Main House ground floor accommodations include a great room with queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, dining area and kitchen, bedroom with bunk beds, full bath and laundry room. The second floor consists of two masters with King beds, adjoining full baths and access to the wrap-around porch with gulf views. The third floor also provides a deck with views of the Gulf along with a full size futon, TV/DVD and full bath.
The Carriage House overlooks the pool area and has a queen bed, dining area, full kitchen, full bath and TV/DVD. Perfect for the couple who prefers a little more privacy, or is a great retreat if you want to include yet have some "time outs" from your mature offspring. The Private heated pool and very spacious surrounding pool deck with your own thatched Tiki Hut for shade, is fenced and attractively landscaped. Patio furniture and a gas grill is included for your family to soak up the sun and dine pool side. Hot/cold outdoor shower for washing off after the beach or swimming in the pool. Plenty of off street parking.
