This unit is a beautifully decorated and well-kept condominium with views of the pool and ocean. It is in the Shipyard Village section of Litchfield by the Sea Resort, unit C-16 Captains Quarters. Located on the first floor above the parking garage, it is accessible by elevator or by front steps which lead directly to your parking space and to the pool and beach. These front steps give the feel of a beach house and are very convenient. Relax on the front balcony overlooking the pool with the ocean just beyond, while the kids swim or play on the spacious grassy areas. They can come and go without you worrying about them getting on and off the elevator. Because this is an end unit, it is more spacious and has more windows, taking in views of the marsh as well as letting in extra light.
Master BR has a king bed and private bath with separate shower and jetted tub. BR #2 has Queen bed with private bath. BR #3 has 2 twins with adjoining bath. A roll-away bed is available on site. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD players. Den TV has digital cable and DVD player. Bring your laptop and enjoy the wireless internet. Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen opens into the dining area and den.
This rental includes admission to all the resort amenities such as the Health Club and the "Pool & Play Plaza" located by the hotel suites, which is a true "kid-pleaser"! Daily housekeeping, linen & maintenance services are provided by the Resort and are included in the daily rate. Rates are subject to 7% State Tax & 8% Resort Fees.
