This charming 1,750 square foot home is nestled on a half acre parcel surrounded by aspens and pines. It is lovely, warm and inviting yet spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen and dining area is where all the action is.
Cooking, game playing, banter (code for the sore losers), many hours of happy bonding. Later retreat into the spacious living area to relax with the whole family in front of the fire. Or newlyweds to enjoy a romantic evening.
Dine on one of the two large, outdoor decks and watch the antics of the resident birds and squirrels. If you don't feel like cooking just order in from one of the local delicious pizzerias. You're only minutes away from great food and fun in downtown Incline and the King's Beach area. Just 40 minutes from shopping and playing in Reno or So. Lake Tahoe.
Upstairs are three rooms. One queen in the master bedroom/ one full and two twins in the other two. There are two couches downstairs and we have a queen blow-up if the kiddies want to bring some friends along.
Small dogs are possible with a brief conversation with renter. We couldn't leave our doggies behind. No cats please.

Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) stayed this summer and had a great time. The back deck was perfect for relaxing, reading, playing cards and enjoying BBQ dinners. The garage was just what we needed to store our beach gear, golf sets and all our bikes at the ready to head out and explore or head down to the beach. The huge kitchen made making meals and packing our picnics a breeze. The location feels away from it all, but Raley's was less than 5 minutes away when we needed something. We would definitely reccommend this home for an Incline getaway - anytime!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time in your warm, cozy, well equipped home. Everything is there to relax and feel like being at home. The bed is comfortable, blankets are warm and location is perfect. We have been renting it twice now and are planning to return again.

We spent a long summer vacation (five weeks) in this wonderful vacation rental. It felt like home. We were very sad, when we had to leave and definetely want to come back there again next year.
