It offers a comfy queen bed in the master with a 26" TV and a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Hang out in the living room and watch the waves and sunset with the large windows that over look the Gulf and the beach from the 2nd floor. If more sleepy space is needed there is a full size sofa futon and a queen sofa bed that lets down into a two beds. A kitchen provides you the ease of cooking in the condo with all the appliances of home and the utensils you need. Enjoy the sunsets and the surf from your private balcony.
When you feel like venturing out, walk right next door on the beach to Pineapple Willie's! No driving needed! 201E is also within walking distance to more restaurants, shops, mini golf, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, Wal-Mart, and a short drive to the Edgewater Shops.
Amenities include: 3 Pools, 1 Heated in winter; tennis courts; one level parking on ground; washer/dryer on site.
Winter monthly stay is $900/month.
