This is a nice big house - It comfortably fit five small children, two teens and eleven adults and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The fact that the elevator goes all the way down to ground level is great - it was a big help for our mother, who has a bad knee. The theatre may be the best thing about the house - it's really comfortable and the picture and sound are great. We had a couple of rainy days and that theatre was a life saver. However, you shouldn't be fooled by the Karaoke "system" - it's a small self-contained thing that doesn't work very well. We brought karaoke CDs but the unit doesn't take them. The kitchen is nicely appointed with OXO utensils and Fiesta dinnerware. Serious cooks should bring their own sharp kitchen knives. The only things really lacking in the kitchen are large mixing bowls. We let the property managers know and they'll probably take care of it because they've been REALLY responsive.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home is the biggest home!! Its got 5 levels! The top level is a club ("MoonShine Club") and the bottom level is an indoor/outdoor area protected from sun and rain and is awesome to hangout in!!!
