We love this location for it's privacy as well as its proximity to the actual beach. We have small children and love that we are so close that we can hear the baby monitor from the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are actually ON the beach. As well as that we are so close to the Clearwater Pier as well as Clearwater Marina and so many great places to eat and see.

Loved our Christmas/New Year Vacation!

This past Christmas and New Years vacation at Belleair Beach was awesome! The Condo was very comfortable with 4 adults and 4 children and had everything you needed to enjoy the beach including towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is small but has granite countertops and all the tools to cook lots of food...which we did! The sunsets were breathtaking. The deck off the master was large and the bed was also very comfortable. The hammock between the palm trees was like living in a post card setting! We even made friends with some kind of small Herron/bird who came and visited us in the morning outside by our door! While we were there, we enjoyed a day at Busch Gardens, boating to Shell Island, a visit with Winter at the Clearwater Marina, relaxing by the pool, and long walks on the beach. We even managed to get away for a New Year's eve adult night! All in all, we loved our vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this property. Two families: 5 adults and 6 kids and we had room for everybody. The master bedroom is very spacious and the terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset. The pictures are a good indication of what you may expect. We could be cooking @ the house and still watch the kids playing in the sand. We saw dolphins EVERY single day, no need to go the the Aquarium !. Everything was very clean and had enough beach towels for a troop. We really enjoyed our stay here and will sure come back, thank you Shari !

The townhouse was great. We couldn't believe how close the gulf was to the property. You have your own provate beach. It had fabulous gulf front views from either the downstairs patio or the very large deck off the master bedroom. The property was very clean, had plenty of towels, and even had beach chairs. The only thing we didn't like was the third bedroom. It has no windows and bunk beds. The other bad thing about this bedroom was that you had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to use a bathroom. Overall we would highly recommend this property and can't wait to use it for another girl's weekend. The owner was great to work with.

We just got home from staying at the house for a week yesterday :(. We absolutely love this house and are considering coming back every year. We had teens and children under ten. They all had a great time. Just about every other day, manatees would swim by and were close enough that people were in the water petting them! The house is very comfortable and the property manager was great. We will absolutely be visiting this house again.

I'm with Michelle, I'm not sure in which house “Melissa/Disappointing” stayed. As Michelle said, the outside windows were ocean filmed and perhaps some of the wood/paint was worn from the sea air. The house was nice and clean, including kitchen, bathrooms and linens. We would be happy to stay there again – the pictures are a perfect representation of the house. The TVs, cable and wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking and eating. There were lots of games to play with the kids. There were also beach chairs and towels for our convenience. We had fabulous weather, so having a beach out the back door and a pool out the front door was fabulous! We intended to go to other beaches, but with the house so perfectly situated, we never did head out to another beach. The owner was super great to work with and very responsive.

We just left the beach house Friday. We were asked by the property manager to give a review, good or bad. We found the house to be delightful and in fabulous condition. The property manager went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed. I just read the negative review from last year and I think that family might have stayed at a different house. The windows were a little dirty but I think it's because the ocean air "films"them up. Not sure what can be done about that. We absolutely loved it and will be back next year.

Choose this home for a vacation Spring Break 2010. When I got there it was a huge disappointment. I was told prior by the management that there would be lounge chairs to use (there were NONE- for the beach OR the pool). It's hard to enjoy the beach and pool without lounge chairs!! The house stunk, and the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The bunk beds were falling apart and my daughter fell when trying to get to the top bunk because the ladder was broken. We ended up not staying since it was such a huge disappointment and we stayed down the street at Sand Castle instead (we had to spend a WHOLE day looking for another place to stay that had availability!). DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PHOTOS!!
