A comfortable four bedroom Cape, that easily accommodates eight people. The kitchen was completely redone last summer with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The bedrooms downstairs were freshly painted this past summer and the family room has new furniture.
The house is located just off Bay Blvd and beach access is just a couple of hundred feet from the front door, a few minute walk to the beach. There are window air conditioners in each bedroom and a unit in the family room. These are enough to keep the house comfortable.
The house is located in Holgate on the southern end of the island so there is not a lot of traffic. But it is only four miles up the island to Beach Haven and its shops, restaurants and amusements.
Food shopping can be done in Beach Haven but more reasonable food shopping can be done further up the island at an Acme. There is a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Janet Rd is a quite dead end street with no through traffic.
