Charming oceanfront condo in Fenwick Towers -- just footsteps to the beach or sit on our balcony and watch the ocean. The soothing sound of waves is heard throughout the condo.
There is easy walkout access to the beach--no elevator wait! The beach and ocean are on one side of the building and a pool is on the other for those hot summer afternoons. The walk-out to the ocean includes a lovely sun room equipped with wireless internet connection and a large outdoor patio with picnic tables.

Our condo features a 1 bedroom with twin beds. The living room offers a queen size sleep sofa for additional comfortable sleeping with television, DVD, VCR and a CD sound system. The unit is well-stocked with board games,movies and books.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need. There is a dishwasher, self-cleaning stove, microwave, garbage disposal, icemaker, blender, toaster and very good stainless pots and pans.
The kitchen is open to the living room where there is a high table with 4 chairs -- the better to watch the beautiful ocean view.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit --- no need for quarters for the laundromat. Linens and towels are included and there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ocean and sand toys for guests to use.
The building’s location is perfect. It is a few minutes drive south to Ocean City, MD with miniature golf, movies, restaurants and just 2 miles north to the quaint town of Bethany Beach with its unique shops, cyber cafe and wonderful local restaurants.
And best of all . . . The Fenwick beach is very wide, much less crowded and includes protected dunes.
