Entry level includes the living room (sofa sleeper), LARGE open kitchen w/ granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two dining areas, laundry area w/ BRAND NEW front loading washer/dryer, guest bedroom with KING bedroom w/ flat screen TV, bathroom that attaches to bedroom (can be shut off) but also has public access too!
Up the stairs you will walk into a landing area w/ sitting area, flat screen TV, and wireless internet access box. To the left will be the HUGE, and we do mean HUGE master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, private porch/balcony, his and her closets, LARGE private bathroom, and sitting area.
To the right of the lounging area will be the third bedroom. This room is equipped with two sets of bunks, one bunk set will be twin on top and twin on bottom, second set has a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Flat screen TV in this room also!
This home is about 100 yards (one block and two houses) to the beach. There is no pool currently and that is why we PRICED THIS HOME RIGHT!!!!!
