The house is bright, open and has views to the lake. Creative lighting, colorful furnishings, wood shutters and artwork combine to give a playful sense of fun entertainment to your time at Lake Tahoe. There are three bedrooms and three full baths for your family and guests.
Two bedrooms and the library are furnished with Select Comfort, sleep-number beds for your sleeping pleasure. In the Media Room, a queen futon awaits for sleeping or TV viewing. Also in the Media room is an antique daybed and a fold-out chair that will each sleep one. In the Library is another queen bed, in Japanese décor, with adjoining bath.
In all, twelve people can be accommodated in one king, two single, and four queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet food preparation with adjacent dining space seating twelve. Separate TV and conversation areas are provided for you and your guests.
Some spaces are big enough for parties and large gatherings and others are small and intimate for cozy conversation, privacy, and solitary relaxation. Whatever the season and whatever the weather, the house at Fawn Lane will be perfect for your next visit to beautiful, exciting and magical Lake Tahoe.
Curl up alone with a good book, with a special person by the living room fire, or dine with family and friends. The TV room is there for a late night movie and Lake Tahoe, or miles of trails, are just a short walk away. You decide!
