Note: The calendar is not being updated since we have ten (10) beach houses available by owners on Sand Dune Lane that can accomodate most requests with excellent properties. Including two (2) ocean fronts, three (3) single families and five (5) duplexes available.
This listed property, 18 East Sand Dune Lane (90th), is one block from the beach. We have a family orientated neighborhood with an excellent beach, life guard and a large sand bar appears at low tides! Its just three (3) blocks from the beach to the bay. Grab the fishing poles and crab cages!
Our beach house is perfect for families with up to six (6) members per floor. It offers a large "private" yard for the first floor guests. There is a private 25'x15' deck on the second floor. The beach house is frequently rented by families vacationing together and will sleep a total of twelve (12) in beds. Four (4) Beach Badges Are Provided Per Floor ($100 Savings) Bicycles are available for guests use. Bring helmets.
LBI offers many day and evening activities for all family members. Including "Fantasy Island" for the children and "The Surf Light" theater having shows like "The Wizard of Oz". We are about a 45 minutes from Atlantic City. There is a municipal golf course nearby. There are many excellent restaurants and nightclubs. Bay Village offers children activities and plenty of shopping possibilities!
UNIT ONE:
The FIRST FLOOR has an entry way deck (6'x 14') for sitting in the afternoon shade and a large private fenced in yard for taning in the afternoon. (2nd floor guests do not share the yard). There are three (3) bedrooms and one (1) full bath. Sleeps six (6) with one queen size bed, one full bed and a trundle having two (2)twins.
There is a large dining table with a breakfast bar into the kitchen for easy serving. Includes a refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. New bamboo flooring throughout (no carpet). Each room has an air conditioner to keep you comfortable.
The living room has a stone fireplace and is a great place to hang out. The sofa can also serve as an extra sleeper for an overnight guest. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. WiFi Internet, premium movie channels (HBO,STZ)are available. In the yard is a gas barbecue grill, lounge chairs and picnic table (seats eight) with an umbrella. Four (4) beach badges are provided at no charge. There is parking for 2-3 cars.
UNIT TWO:
The second floor is very sunny with a private 25'x 15' deck at the back entrance. New bamboo flooring throughout (no carpet). It sleeps six (6) in beds. There are two large bedrooms, one at each end of the unit. In the master bedroom is a queen size bed and a full size bed in the second bedroom. In the center of the unit is a kitchen/ living room with a sofa and trundle bed (two twins). The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, oven and full size washer and dryer. The bathroom w/shower is through the master bedroom.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. WiFi Internet, premium movie channels (HBO,STZ)are available. Four (4) beach badges are provided at no charge. There is parking for 2-3 cars
East Sand Dune Lane is one of the best neighborhoods on LBI. Our beach house, although a duplex, offers private outdoor living space for each floor. In addition, some of my neighbors are offering their beach houses for rent. Please feel free to contact me 201-310-2176 about availability and costs.
