Second Floor Exclusive 25' x 15' Deck with Hammock and Relaxing Chairs

18 East Sand Dune Lane (90th)is one block from the beach. We have a family orientated neighborhood with an excellent beach, life guard and sand bar! Our beach house is perfect for families with up to six (6) members per floor. It offers a "private" yard for the first floor guests. There is a 25'x15' deck for the second floor guests. The beach house is frequently rented by families vacationing together and will sleep a total of twelve (12) to fourteen (14) people.
LBI offers many day and evening activities for all family members. Including "Fantasy Island" and "The Surf Light" theater with shows like "The Wizard of Oz". We are about a 45 minutes from Atlantic City. There is a municipal golf course nearby. We have many excellent restaurants and clubs. Bay Village offers plenty of shopping opportunities!
UNIT ONE:
The FIRST FLOOR has an entry way deck (6'x 14')for sitting and a private fenced in yard. The 2nd floor does not share the yard (it has a 25'x15' deck). There are three bedrooms and 1 full bath. Sleeps 6-8 with one queen Size, one full, two twins and a futon. In the yard is a gas barbecue grill and picnic table (seats eight) with an umbrella.
There is a large dining table with a breakfast bar into the kitchen for easy serving. Includes a refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. New bamboo flooring throughout (no carpet). Each room has an air conditioner to keep you comfortable.
The living room has a stone fireplace and is a great place to hang out. The sofa can also serve as an extra sleeper for an overnight guest. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. WiFi Internet, premium movie channels (HBO,STZ)are available. There is parking for 2-3 cars.
UNIT TWO:
The second floor is very sunny with a private 25'x 15' deck at the entrance. New bamboo flooring throughout (no carpet). It sleeps six (6) in beds. There are two large bedrooms, one at each end. In the master bedroom is a queen size bed and there is a full size in the second bedroom. In the center of the unit is the kitchen/ living room with a trundle bed (two twins). The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove, oven and full size washer and dryer. The bathroom w/shower is through the master bedroom.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. WiFi Internet, premium movie channels (HBO,STZ)are available. Four beach badges are provided at no charge. There is parking for 2-3 cars
East Sand Dune Lane is one of the best neighborhoods on LBI. Our beach house, although a duplex, offers private outdoor living space for each unit. In addition, some of my neighbors are offering their beach houses for rent. Please feel free to contact me about availability and costs.
