Recently refurbished, this three bedroom/two bath "beach" home is a short two-minute walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Enjoy the privacy of a quiet neighborhood with the beauty of the beach just steps away. The soothing heated pool in a caged lanai is situated in a totally fenced and lushly landscaped garden setting with walking paths among the plantings affording maximum privacy.
There is an uncovered deck with a firepit and an outside dining area in a screened enclosure. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with attached bath and each roomy guest bedroom has two twin beds. All of the comforts of home are provided including a beach buggy, two large-screen TVs, bikes, and much, much more.
The house comfortably sleeps six and no smoking is permitted. Pets are welcome for a $100 non-refundable deposit.
