This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath brick home within walking distance to Oaklawn Racetrack.

Have breakfast in a glassed-in patio and enjoy the outdoors (rain or shine).

The kitchen is furnished with pots, baking pans, a full set of dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee pot, crock pot, electric hand-mixer, blender, and toaster. Major appliances include 4-top stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The living room has tall ceilings, marble gas fireplace (with oversized mirror), ample seating, television and DVD player. An elegant archway leads into the dining area, which seats 6.

The game room is equipped with a full size pool table. Sliding glass doors lead into the spacious backyard. Additional sofa here.

The master bedroom has a double bed, large closets with plenty of storage, dresser, full length mirror, reading chair and television.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage in closet and chest of drawers, and 1/2 bath. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in bookshelves and reading chair.

In addition, the home has a full size washer and dryer and central heat and air.

  • We just returned from Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The house was very much centrally located, the only issue was the traffic from the race track on Saturday. The house is an older house, but everything was new and clean. Would definitely recommend the property versus a motel/hotel room.
