Located in River Run at Red Hawk Lodge this 1 Bedroom/1 Bath condo is a great place to call home during your ski vacation. It comfortably sleeps 4 (which is perfect for small families and traveling couples.) The condo has been newly professionally decorated with luxury furnishings and original photography. It features Mountain views, a Queen Size Bed in the bedroom, a flat screen TV in the living room, and a full kitchen!
The Red Hawk is conveniently close to the slopes (about 100 yards/ <2min walk) as well as a few minutes’ walk from River Run shops and restaurants. However, it is in a secluded and quiet area of River Run Village so you won’t hear the noise of the crowds during summer festivals or night skiing. More benefits of Red Hawk are the outdoor Pool and Hot Tubs, awesome Common Area Game Room complete with seating, fireplace and even a Pool Table. You will also have access to the Fitness Center and other areas of this luxurious lodge!
Outdoor Patio
A large outdoor patio is one of the best features of this property. Direct views to the West and to the ski slopes at River Run. you'll be able to see the Ten-mile Mountain Range near Breckenridge and watch skiers sliding down the hill at River Run.
Living Room
A full living room with fold out Queen sofa sleeper sectional and gas fireplace will delight you. Direct views to the slopes and to the West are abundant right from the living room. Sit on your couch and watch the skiers come down the slopes to the gondola. A flat screen TV with DVD player is also available for watching your favorite movie or plug in your IPod into the speaker dock and listen to some music in front of the fire. High speed internet access is available for free inside this condo.
Bedroom
Featuring a Queen size bed with brand new pillow top mattress and fresh new designer bedding and pillows. The bedroom also has views to the West and slopes. Supplied in this room are a humidifier, iron, and ironing board as well as a Pack-N-Play and umbrella stroller for families. Another TV/DVD is available for comfortable movie watching after a long day of ski school. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and just outside the master bedroom. We have also added more storage in the bedroom to make your extended stay more comfortable.
Kitchen
A spacious and well lit kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal for your group. Of course, you're only steps away from River Run Village where there are award winning restaurants everywhere. Available is a full size fridge, microwave oven, range, conventional oven, pots, pans, crock pot, blender, utensils, and all dinner plates. Dining area with oversized bench, child’s booster seat/high chair, and “kid” dishes make this unit extra family friendly.

My husband and I stayed in this condo in late March. Neither of us had ever been to Keystone before and we really loved it. If you are considering going to Keystone I highly recommend the River Run area as it has the most shops, restaurants, and of course the new gondola. This condo is incredibly close to the gondola. Maybe a 3 minute walk from the front door to the gondola. Even in ski boots it wasn't a problem. The condo itself if beautiful and very well maintained. They have everything you would need to cook (although we weren't there for very long and didn't use much of it). The owner was very easy to deal with. If we come back to Keystone we will definitely see if this property is available.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This condo is very comfortable and relaxing. The bed is very nice along with the bedding and everything else in the condo. We had everything we needed already provided by the owners. The location is great for River Run and gondola access. We have stayed here twice this season already and look forward to staying here again.

Red Hawk Lodge is a great location and this condo is perfect for two. My son attended ski school at Keystone so we had to make a few trips into town for just the two of us. This was perfect. He loved the pool/hot tubs and we both loved the short walk to the village restaurants as well as the ski school. I will definitely use this place again.

Great condo. Can walk to slopes, right next to elevator on 4th floor, updated decor. Nothing bad to say.

This was a great property at a reasonable rate for a small family of up to 3 adults. The unit was well kept, neat & tastefully done up. Everything worked well. The property management folks were very courteous and helpful when I had questions. More than anything else, Red Hawk is really close to the slopes. I loved being able to walk out to the River Run Gondola after suiting up in the room - nothing to beat that.

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights, during a time when the temp never got above zero. We were very cozy, enjoyed the hot tub and how close we were to gondola. The entire property was clean and well maintained and the listing is accurate. When we booked we got pages of all the information we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable, except for the pull out sleeper was not too comfortable. Could use one of those foam things over it and would probably be ok. Also it would be nice if there was a dresser so you didn't have to live out of the suitcase. Also, it is close to the elevator which I consider a plus! A very lovely property I would stay at again or recommend to a friend.

This was one of the nicest condos we stayed so far, very clean, recently renovated with a great view of River run and the new Keystone gondola. Owner was very prompt answering our questions and we would definitely recommend this unit to friends and will consider it should we return to Keystone again. Red Hawk is located approx. 150 yards from the lifts and the River Run village, so walking to/from skiing was never an issue. The queen bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, sofa in the living room is a pullout, so it has a shorter mattress best suited for kids or smaller adults. The kitchen has everything to cook a meal, there are takeout options in village in addition to restaurants. The only storage space is a closet in the bedroom plus a shelf in a media chest in the living room. There was a flat screen TV with a decent selection of channels including HBO, but you don't go on vacation to watch TV do you? Keystone in the winter is all about skking/boarding, although there's a tubing hill, skating rink on a frozen lake, outlet stores nearby, and a village with some activities almost every night.
