GREAT GULF-FRONT HOME! Private stairs to beach. Heated private pool. Huge yard. Located in the heart of "Old Seagrove Beach". You are very close to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, but are NOT on busy Hwy 30a (we are a quiet, beach-front street off of 30a).

High Dive is a newly remodeled, vintage 1950's beach cottage. Perfect family vacation destination. It's open living area and glassed gulf-front porch provide ample space for the family to gather (and private spaces to escape with a book). Clean, retro-modern decor and great art.
Many outdoor spaces: sundeck, huge yard, gulf-front patio w/ picnic table, heated pool w/ picnic table. Private beach access is only steps from the gulf-front patio. The large yard provides a great space for family activities. **Pool heated seasonally (call for dates)**
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the main house, and a separate bedroom and bath off the carport by the pool (outside access only). Two, full-size hanging beds on the glassed front porch and living-room sectional provide additional places to sleep.

About the owner: Young family from Alabama. Our family has vacationed in Seagrove since the 1950's.
Why the Owner Chose Seagrove Beach East:
We wanted a place of our own for our growing family. We choose this house for several reasons...
1. LOCATION: beachfront, centrally located, and on a quiet street. We love being steps from Seaside, Seagrove, and Grayton. We love being on the beach, but not on busy Hwy 30a.
2. SIMPLE: We wanted our kids to experience the beach the way we did when we were younger. The emphasis is on being outside: the beach, the pool, the yard. The house is comfortable, but it is not a mansion. It is not for staring at the TV or playing video games.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love the flexibility. When we want to be on beach, we have private stairs. When the water is rough or cold, we have the heated, private pool. Huge, flat yard and deck are perfect to play or veg-out and watch sunset. When it rains, we read or watch movies inside. Street is quiet enough for kids to ride bikes. Goatfeathers seafood market, Seaside, many restaurants, Grayton are all a short walk or bike-ride away. Yellow-Fin Ocean Sports is a few blocks away. It is perfect for us.
