  • We have just spent a month in Minniespad, with our family, 3 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, 5 grandchildren and my sister. It was a fanastic holiday, the propery was well appointed and well equipped. The swimming pool was well used by the grand-children. The distance to the different parks and shopping malls was within easy reach.

  • A great vacation is added to our memories! This weekend we returned from our stay in Minniespad. Our expectations were high but the experience even succeeded those. The accommodation is really great, offering all the luxury and comfort you can think of. Together with the choice for decoration and furniture, this makes it a warm and comfortable home. Services like pool and grass maintenance are nice and the effect for the community is that it all looks very clean and nice. Kissimmee is a great location in Florida. Just 20-30 minutes from the big atractions, pleanty of restaurants and shops in the close circle. We're sure we like to come back sometime and hope that all of you have the same experience as we have. If you're looking for a vacation home in Florida, I can really recommend this. Enjoy your stay!

  • The time we spent at Minnie's Pad was amazing. Four generations, ages 1-67, could think of nothing to add to make it any better, as all bases are already covered. The pool and spa were great and even though the house was full of people all week, we had room to spare. The furnishings and everything about the home were all top quality and it's location is close enough to everything, without being super busy. Six Ohioan's met Florida relatives from Jacksonville and surrounding areas for a vacation/reunion and when we make plans to do it again, we will definitely try to match it to the Minnie's Pad availability calendar again. Thank you Deborah and Adrian for making this jewel of a home available.

  • We had a wonderful time in Florida again this year, minniespad was a superb villa, all you could have wanted and more, can't really think of any negative things or extra's you could add to make it better, our girls loved the theme bedrooms, and spent lots of time in the pool and games room. We had to contact the management company twice for minor things and they were more than helpful. Would definately recommend.

  • Having worked in the Travel Industry for over 12 years and stayed in many types of accommodation world wide I can without hesitation highly recommend Minniespad. The property is in a lovely location with easy access to all the main roads leading to all the attractions, eateries and shopping malls. The facitlies within the accommodation are second to non with every home comfort imaginable. The pool area is very much welcomed with it's exellent decked out area. Deborah and Adrian run an effiecent business and have put in every little detail into this lovely accommodation from fluffy towels, games, luxurious furnishings and every kitchen appliance to make life nice and easy. If you are looking to book to Florida look NO FURTHER this is the one to go for. ENJOY AS WE HAVE and have a fantastic and memorible holiday.

  • We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous holiday with our family and friends.The villa was perfect for our stay and even with the 12 of us it didnt feel cramped. The games room and childrens play room were used a great deal when the kids wanted to escape from the adults and the pool and spa were great.
