Our family friendly 5 bedroom 3 bath executive home is located in the exclusive community of Hampton Lakes on the US-27, five minutes from the many and varied shops of Posner Park, five minutes from Wal-Mart and just 15 minutes from the Disney parks/ 30 minutes from Universal Studios. In this prestigious, private community, you can take advantage of the communal swimming pool, floodlit basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and children's play areas.
Our home is privately owned, air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The home has two downstairs Queen-sized Master Suites, with digital TV/DVD combinations. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a versatile fifth bedroom where the beds can be zipped together to form a king-size double, or unzipped to form a further twin bedroom.
Our home has an open floor plan that gives a spacious area for all the family, yet it maintains the cozy feeling of your own home. You can choose to eat your breakfast at the breakfast bar or by the pool. A separate dining area provides a more formal eating area. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the other kitchen essentials.
Keep the whole family happy with all the extras that our villa offers. Challenge the family to a game of pool, table tennis or air hockey in our stunning games room. The lounge boasts a PS2 games console, TV, video recorder and selection of family videos, DVDs, books and board games. The upstairs play area offers imagination toys and jigsaws for smaller children.
Relax in the tranquil, private pool which looks out over open grassland. The pool also has under water lighting for evening swims.
No smoking in the house, and no pets please.
All linen, pool towels and bath towels are provided, and a high chair, cot and push chair are available for your convenience. Wifi ia also provided - please bring your own PC.
