Brand new stunning Beach House, with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lagoon Access To The Gulf of Mexico From Our Private Dock!
This spacious 3600 square foot custom home is decked out, with wood floors, and has 4 bedrooms and baths and sleeps 8. The home has a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is great for entertaining, featuring all granite counters, and an attached dining room with a Gulf view that seats 8. Features include a private boat dock, flat screen TV with surround sound, cable TV in all rooms, wireless internet, private deck with hot tub and charcoal barbecue, with outside stereo.
The large living room with gas fireplace overlooks a wraparound screened porch with great views of the Gulf and the lagoon located on the back of the home. Awesome master suite with king size bed and reading/sitting area. Entertainment room with wet bar, DVD and Stereo also serves as a fifth bedroom.
Our home is completely furnished so all you need to bring is your bathing suit, food, and a good attitude.
The secluded,sandy white unpopulated beach is accessed by our private easement and is only 50 steps away. Because there is no bridge access and vehicles must be transported by a ferry, the island remains in a very pristine condition with lots of natural habitat, including isolated beaches with few people, that are great for shelling and finding sharks' teeth, (which the kids love), and a state of Florida Habitat Preserve within walking distance. There is also a quaint restaurant and general store at Palm Island.
The island is also very kid friendly as the primary modes of transportation are golf carts and bicycles.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED - IF THIS SHOULD OCCUR, YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
We will coordinate your rental with a local property manager located across the island. Payment by credit card is accepted.
