Your wonderful stay at my unit starts with dropping off your bags and walking across the street to Huggos On The Rocks for a sunset drink and dinner. You can enjoy the sound of the ocean and Hawaiian music and dancing...then its just a short walk home. No need to drive.
This unit is a large, 800 square foot condo with three sleeping areas, each with a queen bed. With two full baths, this condo easily sleeps up to six people (recommend no more than four adults though). It is ideally located a block south of the main retail area of Kailua-Kona so is an easy walk to town. I contract with a professional property manager in Kailua-Kona who will address any issues that arise with the condo during your stay. The unit has Wi-Fi Internet access.
There are small beaches within walking distance and larger beaches within easy drive distance. There is an ocean view--waves crashing on rocks--with boats going in and out of the pier area, plus full view of the city and mountains around Kailua. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils you would need.
Ample seating in the living room includes a six foot couch, two lounge chairs and bar seating for four people. The lanai is approximately 10'X 20' and has a table with four chairs as well as other lounge chairs.

I love Hawaii. I fell in love with the Kona Pacific complex because of its quiet location and the proximity to town. I am part of the community when I am in Kailua.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Kona Pacific is a very quiet complex. It is a concrete building so you never hear neighbors and the lanai's are huge. I don't have noise from the street, yet I am one block from Alii and the town. The parking is easy and there are many places to go.
