We invite you to share our future retirement home in Sunrise Palms, a very desirable, well-maintained, truly gated community of about 350 patio homes (no more than two homes attached). We have wonderful neighbors and our tenants during our first yaer or renting have been very pleased with the community and our home. Everything is new 2009 - appliances, carpet, paint, indoor and patio furnishings, sprinkler system - and if you don't see something listed that you feel would make your stay more enjoyable, we are certainly willing to entertain suggestions. Minutes to downtown and the Interstate; attached garage; fruit-bearing tangerine and grapefruit trees (the lemon tree is still young!) One of the community's eight pools/spa pools is located next door and our home is on a quite cul de sac.

- Pet Friendly: Pups especially love the long walks throughout the complex. We have put two dog beds in place as well. We have two vacuums in unit as well, one of which is specifically designed to remove pet hair.

Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Springs, North Properties
We looked at many, many complexes and decided on Sunrise Palms because it is so very well-maintained, has a community atmosphere among neighbours of all ages and is extremely pet-friendly. The one-level units with enclosed courtyards allows us to enjoy the Palm Springs experience now with our two pups secure in the yard, and will continue to do so as we get older and want to avoid stairs!
The Unique Benefits of this Patio Home Condo
Unique to this complex, we feel, is the neighbourhood feeling we experience as we meet neighbours while walking the dogs in the morning and evening among the well-kept grounds.
