Seymour Pond is a 181-acre natural kettle hole pond with an average depth of 20’ and maximum of 38’. The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs along one side the pond. The cottage, located at the town line between Harwich and Brewster, is part of a family enclave down a dirt road on the edge of the Punkhorn, an 880-acre nature preserve in Brewster. Miles of dirt paths through these woods are virtually at the doorstep of this cottage – ideal for runners, mountain bikers, or walkers. Brewster and the Pleasant Lake General Store are a short drive away.
Salt water beaches on Cape Cod Bay & Nantucket Sound are a few miles away. 3 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 twin, 2 twins. TV with cable. Linens & towels not provided. No pets or smoking.
