"Paradise II"
You may never want to go home again after staying in this home on beautiful St George Island!!! You will be spoiled with all the amenities here. After only a few steps into this home it will be apparent this is a builder's custom home.....it is all here!!
This home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and sleeps 12 comfortably......no squeezing onto futons or rock, paper, scissors to see who gets the nightly fight with the pullout sofas!!! Seriously, this is a very nice home with everything you could want and more. The whole house is open and spacious.
Much thought and time was spent on the planning of this home and it does show. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have king beds, 1 bedroom has a Queen bed and the other is for the kids with a set of twin beds and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, thermal drapes (keeps out the light and the heat!!), custom fans, etc. 3 of the bedrooms are gulf facing and open onto the decks allowing for gorgeous views of the beach.
The other 2 bedrooms overlook the private pool with fountain, landscaped backyard and planters full of fruit trees. Two of the King bedrooms have private baths, each with custom tile, soaker bathtubs and walk in showers. All bathrooms have custom tile and cabinets.
As you tour this house some of the things that catch the eye include: Travertine tile, crown molding, vaulted ceilings and custom ceiling fans. There are two dining areas, upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs dining areas can seat 14 easily while the downstairs dining area has a wet bar, an 8 person dining table and an ice maker. The kitchen has built in stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave, side by side fridge, pot filler and fully stocked for just about any cooks needs.
The outside of the home is just as nice as the inside. A private pool with a fountain is the focal point, surrounded by fruit trees in planters, tables for al fresco dining........a very courtyard feel. There is also a screened in porch with rockers to enjoy.
Deeded beach access just steps away!!
