This is our home away from home, so it is completely stocked with all the essentials.
The views are impressive - bring your camera! Lake Michigan as far as you can see, Diversey Harbor, North Pond, Lincoln Park Zoo, Peggy Notebart Nature Museum, North Avenue Beach, Navy Pier, John Hancock, Sears Tower, Trump Tower and much more.... Sunrises are spectacular! The night scene is just as impressive - Navy Pier fireworks are viewed without obstruction!
The building is an architectural gem, with uniquely designed twin 30 story towers and only 4 units/floor. It is very private and secure. A 24 hour doorman, valet garaged parking, and taxi call are at your service.
Located in the heart of Lincoln Park on Fullerton near Clark (click on the map for the exact location), you are in the best Chicago neighborhood. 2 blocks from Lincoln Park Zoo, the Nature Center, and North Pond. The lakefront path & beach are 5 blocks away, North Avenue beach is within a mile - so is Wrigley. The boutique shops on Clark, Halsted & Armitage are all walking distance. Michigan Avenue and the other major attractions are just a short 5 minute cab ride away.
The living area faces East & South, has wrap around views of Lake Michigan & the City, is outfitted with a 50" plasma, a beautiful white American Leather curved couch, cozy oval chair and a half, and an opaque glass dining area that can seat 8.
The Master Bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king bed, faces East with huge Lake Michigan views - you can wake up with the sun if you choose! Or close the shades if you're a night owl ;-)
The Master Bath has 2 vessel sinks mounted on a limestone counter, located opposite is a walk-in spa-like travertine shower with 1 Hans Grohe rain head & 3 body sprays on one wall, on the opposite wall is another Grohe pivoting dual shower head.
The Guest Bedroom faces South with expansive city views, has a king bed with a split mattress and sheets which is suitable for couples or children.
The Guest Bath has a very unique walk-in glass mosaic tiled shower with a Grohe pivoting dual shower head.
Hardwood wenge floors and area rugs throughout.
You will not find a better place for your stay in Chicago! It is peaceful and quiet, serene yet exciting, modern yet comfortable.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln Park
We live in suburban Chicago but spend many weekends in the city - we love everything Chicago has to offer! Close friends were kind enough to let us stay at their place, but then they sold and moved to Hawaii :-( We began staying at hotels, but found it quite costly and lacking the ammenities we had become accustomed to - a gourmet kitchen, luxrious bathrooms, spectacular views. So we decided to take the plunge and buy our own Chicago condo. It has been one of the best decisions we have made, and are pleased to share it with discrminating guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is located in the heart of Lincoln Park, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chicago and the views are breathtaking. We are able to enjoy living in the city as natives away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet we are close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The lake front bike path, beach, zoo, excellent restaurants and boutique shopping are all within walking distance. All of the other major attractions like Michigan Avenue, Navy Pier, the Museum Campus, and Millenium Park are just a short 5 minute cab ride away - we can enjoy them anytime but not be constantly submersed by the crowds in the heart of the city.
Free, open year round, one of the country's oldest conservatories shouldn't be missed!
25 miles long, paralleling Lake Michigan the entire distance. Walk, bike, jog, rollerblade, or just people watch. Spectacular vistas at every turn. We have bikes for you to enjoy it!
Hundreds of beach volleyball courts and a 2 story bar restaurant for great people watching. An all ages beach, singles, couples, families. We think it's one of the best beaches anywhere!
Home of the most infamous, losing sports team of all time. The walk from the condo is very dangerous - there are a 1,000 bars along the way!
