Looking for a great deal on Cape Cod? We just completed a renovation and addition to the home, which is architecturally designed for easy living. This is not your typical house.
The property is very private with loads of room to spread out. We designed the home so that groups can have places to spend time together, as well as space to have some relaxing time to your self.
It is a short (2/10th of a mile) walk down a sandy trail to a beautiful swimming bay beach. Wellfleet is 10 minutes north, and Provincetown is 25 minutes north. The National Seashore Ocean beaches are within 10 minutes.
A bike trail, The Cape Cod Rail Trail, can be accessed a short distance from the house. It is a paved bikeway that runs 28 miles from South Dennis to Wellfleet.
The town of Orleans, which you will pass through just before you get to Eastham, has a great deal of shopping, including a large supermarket.
