It is ideal for a couple with or without children seeking a completely relaxing tropical beach vacation. However, the condo is for a maximum of two adults and two children who will care for the property as if it were their own.
Flamingo Beach, which many regard as the finest beach in Costa Rica, lies directly in front of this condo, which also boasts a superb pool, as well as an air-conditioned gym overlooking the ocean and a shared barbecue area with Viking grills. You will sleep to the sound of surf and see starry night skies. Secure parking is available for a rental car, but restaurants are within a 10 or 15 minute walk and taxis are available.
This is an ideal location to unwind, though local tours to engage in a wide variety of water and outdoor activities, as well as to see the fauna and flora of Costa Rica are easily arranged. The condo complex has 24 hour guarded privacy and a full-time (daytime) housekeeper/cook is provided. Look no further - this is arguably the finest beachfront condo in Costa Rica.

- Playa Flamingo is a wonderful beach for walking, running, sunning, swimming and boarding, sometimes snorkeling. While developed enough to have restaurants and other services it is undeveloped enough so that the beach is completely un-crowded and you will often hear and see howler monkeys in nearby trees.
