Welcome to our home on the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
SNORKEL GEAR, A KAYAK AND TWO BIKES ARE INCLUDED TOO.
Located 5.2 miles north of San Pedro town, on Ambergris Caye, our newly renovated home boasts fantastic un-obstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. Located right in front of Casa decStepp, just 1/2 mile off the 90 feet of beautiful white sand beach, is the second largest reef in the world. The crystal clear waters of the Caribbean shimmer with turquoise and blue colors and hold abundant tropical sea life. Your access to world class diving, snorkeling and fishing are literally just steps away from our door.
The quiet setting in the 'Playa Blanca' area of the caye is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. Yet, just a few minutes walk up the beach are a number of full service resorts offering everything from a sumptuous meal for those nights you may not want to cook, to a re-juvenating massage to enhance your vacation experience.
Our home is very comfortable and avails you to all the amenities you may require to enjoy your time here. The kitchen has all new appliances including microwave oven, and the utensils provided are sure to please the discriminating chef in your group. Your meals may be enjoyed inside on the dining table, or al fresco on the table out on the verandah overlooking the Sea. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining or drinks. The sofa is a queen size convertible. Flat screen television with satellite and DVD, as well as internet access are included for those wishing to stay connected to home. A local cell phone is provided to call for water taxis, or make dining reservations. Groceries may be ordered via phone for delivery to the casa as well. The upstairs verandah wraps around 3 sides of our home displaying magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and reef, the lagoon to the west and pastoral views of the local
flora and fauna to the north. Downstairs, both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds (linens provided), remotely controlled air conditioners and french doors opening to the downstairs porch and fronting the Caribbean Sea. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. Hammocks are provided for relaxing under the palm trees on the lower porch area. The utility room
has new front loading washer and dryer units.
Upon your arrival on the caye, your party will be met at the San Pedro airstrip where a taxi will take you for any needed supplies. Then, you will be transported by private boat to Casa de Stepp. Supplies may also be ordered in advance via internet and will be waiting for you in the casa if you wish.
Our local management team will be attentive to your needs, and can assist you in scheduling excursions such as scuba diving, flats or reef fishing, para sailing, zip-lining, cave tubing and zoo tours. Our management teach can also help you with golf cart rental.

OMG, simply wonderful. • A short kayak ride out to the reef to snorkel...walking the beach....or just sitting on the veranda watching the boats go by with your favorite beverage. BTW, your favorite beverage can be pre-stocked in the fridge and waiting for your arrival! Now, that’s a vacation! • Fishing is great...fishing guides will pick you up at the dock and take you out for whatever type of fish you are wanting to get. • Or you can take a day trip to the mainland to see the ruins. • Then you have the water taxi that will pick you right up at the dock out front to take you to town. • Great accommodations...kitchen has everything you want . If you don’t want to cook, just a short walk to Rojo Lounge...really good restaurant. There are actually 3 good restaurants. Portofino's or Mata Chica. Rojo is the best in my opinion. • Can watch the sunrise over the Caribbean or the sunset over the lagoon. Great view of the island, can see forever. Most fun, relaxing, beautiful time we've had in a LONG time! Try it, you won't be sorry! We'll be back.

Great place to stay...if you need peace and quiet, but at the same time want to be able to get to town this is the place. Just sitting out on the veranda relaxing and looking the Carribean is the way to go. Or if you like we took the kayak out to the reef and snorkeled. It is within walking distance of the best restuarants on the island. Though if you want you can fix your own meal in the updated kitchen. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back.

We have enjoyed our stay at your Ambergris home very much. Thank you for sharing you little bit of paradise. Our friends who visited with us had never snorkeled or been to such a beautiful island location such as this. I think you have them hooked as well! Mandy and Jason have been very accommodating and have given us the very best of advice to make our stay more pleasant. Please accept our gratitude. We will most certainly return in the coming years.

Hi Sharon, Just want to let you know we had a fantastic time in Belize in January staying at your house. The place is far enough away from town to feel isolated, but close to many of the finest restaurants and amenities. The views from your place were priceless, particularly sunrise and sunset. We were busy on tours most of the days, but were glad to be back at night. Speaking of tours, I highly recommend Carlos Franco (626-0591) for all you tour needs. He has his own boat and offers private tours at reasonable prices. We even used him for a main land tour for cave tubing and zip lining. Thanks again, we can not wait to get back to Belize and stay at your place.

We were here in July 2009. We had a great time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our groceries were there when we arrived, the snorkeling excursion & water taxis picked us up right at the dock. Our favorite day was just snorkeling off the dock right off the beach all day. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed in this home in early March '09. It was very comfortable and quiet. The views off the second story wrap around deck are stunning! You have views of the reef, the lagoon and the local treeline to the north. The beds were very comfortable, queens in both seperately air conditioned bedrooms. The upstairs has windows on all sides to show off the view as well as allowing the breeze to flow through no matter which direction it was coming from. The appliences were very good quality and made cooking effortless. The flat screen TV was nice...but to be honest we didn't use it much. We were busy all day fishing, snorkeling ect. And at night we found that sitting out around the table on the covered deck with a beer and the timeless view of the reef was all the entertainment we wanted. We did go into "town" a couple of times, the boat ferry is reliable and fun. But each time we were glad to be back at the casa for more quiet, peaceful, private relaxation!! We would definately recommend this house, and we will be back:)!! - Bob and Sally
