Our family and grandparents (total of 6) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very nicely appointed, we especially enjoyed the separate hot tub that actually was hot like a hot tub is supposed to be, unlike some of the "spa's" other homes have that are part of the pool, but don't actually get hot. We spent a couple hours each night enjoying the view from the hot tub. This home is nice as well because there is not a home directly behind the house, it looks out over the back of the sub with views of the greater Disney area. We also enjoyed the game room and the TV in the game room, so the guys could watch football and still be part of the family game time! The owner was very responsive to answering all questions prior to our arrival at the home.

Luxury villa

This was our first time visiting Florida and your villa was a fantastic place to stay. With eight of us staying with age ranges from 12 to 65 everybody had plenty of room to relax and all enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi and games room. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the whole villa was beautifully decorated. Windsor Hills itself is a great community with lots of facilities and the whole area is kept to a very high standard. It is also very well located for all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping malls. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to a return visit in the future. Fantastic vacation home

Our party of 2 adults and 2 children stayed at this home July and August 2011. It really lived up to our expectations after viewing it online. It was well maintained and everything was of a high standard. The location of the villa within Windsor Hills is excellent and the resort itself is 1st class. It literally took us 5 minutes to get from the driveway to Animal Kingdom!! We could even see the top of the Hollywood Tower of Terror from the patio along with the Epcot fireworks in the distance each night. As mentioned in an earlier review the home doesn't have a BBQ and would benefit from one being added. Although I appreciate these can sometimes be more of a hindrance for the owners. The owner of this home responds quickly to emails, is very accomodating and easy to deal with. We will definately be back at this home in the future and would recommend it to anyone who vacations in the Disney area.

This home is exactly as it is represented. We very much enjoyed our trip-the accommodations were great-we enjoyed seeing the fireworks from the pool, which was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room, and the daily trash service was convenient. This house was very close to the parks, and I actually preferred the chance to get away from the crowds at the end of a long day. We had only a family of four, but could have easily had another 6 people in the space. I appreciate that the owner sent clear and concise directions and was timely with information a crediting back our deposit :) Our only suggestion would be to consider adding a grill, but I know this adds hassles and complications as well.

Family holiday

This villa is beautiful and a home from home. It was very clean and well maintained, it had plenty equipment and was very close to Disney and the I4. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The heated pool and hot tub were very much appreciated after a day at the parks and malls. The estate was quiet and the property had fabulous view from the poolside, we could see the fireworks at Disney at night. The owner was very helpful about providing information. We would definitely recommend this villa. Harry Potters World at Islands of Adventure was brilliant and everyone must go on the simulator it was amazing!!! Restaurants we would recommend would be Black Angus steakhouse, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe and The Cheesecake factory at Milennia Mall where we had a delicious brunch.

Perfect Disney Holiday Home

This was our second visit to the house, and both experiences have been wonderful. The Owner is very helpful with information and advice. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean . we were a party of 10 of 7 Adults and 3 children. And everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was a lovely house to come back to after a long day. each bedroom has its own TV so you could relax in your own room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The games room was an added bonus where the adults and children could play together. The key code on the door was great, as if we all went out at different times, we didn’t have to worry about who had the key and we could all come and go as we pleased, which made our stay just that bit easier. Everything was in full working order so the stay was effortless. The Gated community was great as it felt safe and secure. Kids also enjoyed the onsite swimming pool close to the main gate. We would definitely rent this house again, our stay was most enjoyable and went without a hitch.

Great Disney Location

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The we is 10 people - 6 adults, 4 boys ages 12, 10,7 and 14 months. The house came equipped for all ages. The pool and spa were a great treat after long days in the parks. The beds were extremely comfortable. I've not seen this mentioned anywhere but the trash is picked up every day except Wednesday. Weekends included. May seem like a small thing but with 10 people it was necessary. The drive to the parks takes less than 10 minutes to the furthest destination. And the owner was very easy to work with - prompt with replies and informaiton. The keyless entry system is ideal. All in all - a great, great stay.

the house is in excelent order everything is as described and is in an excelent location. we visited kennedy space centre which was highly impresive, we visited busch gardens (you have to ride sheikra best roller coaster in florida and i think we rode them all) we visited two water parks wet and wild and aquatica both were good but aquatica was the best loved the fast moving river. we visited universal studios and islands of adventure both parks are excelent try and do all the atractions and shows, loved simpsons ride harry potter and the terminator show. we also visited seaworld and disney holywood studios both were great seaworld was one of our favourite parks. the owner of this property was extremely helpful and friendly and dealt with us promptly and we will recomend this property to our friends and family and we would hire this property again if we return to florida p.s. highly recomend hiring a car and g.p.s for a florida holiday

I would first just like to say I would recommend this property and also go to Florida just to stay at this house. We had a total of 14 guests and there was plenty of space for us all. The rooms were all a good size and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome the pool was warm enough that you could just walk in it and stay there all day we actually did a few times. This house is just right for little ones as well. My husband and I have a 4 and a two year old and they would have much rather hung out in the pool and played in the game room all day then have gone to the parks (there is an alarm system on the slider out to the pool which helped so much for safety). Thank you very much for a very clean and comfortable retreat for our extended family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 5-14, to come back to after a day at the Disney parks. We all thought it was perfect. On previous visits, we had stayed in hotel rooms or condos and this was much better. There was plenty of space--spotless bathrooms and good beds. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the younger children also enjoyed the comunity pool one afternoon.

This was a very clean and comfortable retreat for our extended family of 10 to come back to after a day at the Disney parks. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 5-14 and we all thought it was perfect!!! On previous visits we had stayed in hotel rooms or condos and this was much better. There was plenty of space -- spotless bathrooms and good beds. We enjoyed the pool at the house and the younger children also enjoyed the community pool one afternoon. It was as very easy drive from the house to the Disney complex.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this home. The home is lovely and well decorated. We were a family of seven, with five adults. The home was room was roomy and quite comfortable with a relaxing pool and jacuzzi. The home is located in a lovely gated community that is close to Disneyworld and other sites. There are strollers, a pack-n-play and other baby items on the premises, and many towels and other conveniences. Best of all, you could not find a more accomodating host as he catered to our every wish. I recommend it highly to everyone.

Our family stayed for 6 nites in December, 2009. The house met all of our expectations. The checkin process went smoothly. The owner was easy to work with and responded promptly to emails. We stayed in this house at the end of April. It was absolutely beautiful. It also had everything we needed. Even a stroller so we didn't have to rent one at the parks. The owner was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect! This house was a perfect stay for our family. Immaculately clean, roomy, well desiged and sharply decorated...Perfect for time with our family together with enough space o get away for privacy as well. Everything we needed was close by and easy to get to - WDW, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The owner was outstanding - trustworthy, hospitable and accomodating.

We stayed here for 6 nights in February and was very pleased with the property. We were a little nervous initially just because it was a new listing but the owners were very gracious about working with us to make sure we knew that it was a legitimate listing, etc. The house was absolutely beautiful. We had 5 adults and 6 children and this place was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great and everything was very well maintained. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for all of us. It was an easy drive to Disney and we enjoyed the neighborhood pool one day as well. I would highly recommend this listing for anyone whether they are visiting Disney or just need a vacation away from home.
