The flat is extremely peaceful and is perfect for a quick get-away. The decor is all natural, using marble, slate, and wood to create a sense of calm in the center of one of the world's most dynamic cities. My grandmother's Persian rug and pieces collected over many years in Asia give the flat a feeling of Eastern tranquility.

And just outside the door, London is calling! The buzz of Notting Hill and Kensington is right outside and the heart of London's theater and shopping district is just a quick ten minutes by tube or bus.

  • In the morning, you can turn left and walk five minutes to the Famous Portobello Market, or if you turn right and walk ten minutes you can hit the Shops of Kensington High Street, if you are in the mood for some nature, you are literally next door to Holland Park, and five minutes from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, but if you would rather stay at home, you can enjoy a Spacious Reception Room overlooking Communal Gardens, a Fully-fitted Marble-topped Kitchen, or take a Real Power Shower or Soak in the Tub, I would recommend walking to Hyde Park to visit the FREE Serpentine Gallery, going to the Opera in Holland Park, strolling through the Portobello and Goldbourne Markets, seeing a Concert in the Royal Albert Hall (pretend you are Grace Kelly in 'The Man Who Knew Too Much'), or just drinking a beer in the Windsor Castle Pub just across the street
