Changeover is Saturday. 6/9-6/22/12 =$750; 6/23-6/29/12 = $1195; 6/30-8/10 =$1395;
8/11-8/24 = $1495. All rates include all bedding. (No towels). Rates do not
include 7% sales tax and security deposit. Confirmed reservations with signed
rental contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. Note: Pool is seasonal and
un-heated. Confirm availability when booking. No pets.
All rates quoted for 4 people. Add $100 for 5th person, over age 5.

Owner Description
I relocated from Boston in 1985 when I opened Ogunquit River Properties, a full service real estate firm, specializing in the sale of commerical and hospitality properties. Over the years, I served the town on its Board of Selectmen; Past President of the Ogunquit Rotary Club, and the longest serving director of the Ogunquit Playhouse Foundation. In 2010, we 'retired', now focusing on our own rental properties and newest acquistion, the Seacoast Motel, a 15 unit boutique motel on the Ogunquit/Moody line.
Why the Owner Chose Ogunquit
This is one of our most popular rentals due to its size and location. It has a European feel, meaning it has everything a traveller needs, but in a compact setting, so it can be rented for a lot less than larger properties. It is a comfortable walk to town and beach. It is most comfortable for 2-4 people, though 5 can be (tightly) accommodated.

The property was not only convenient to many attractions but was clean,cute and comfortable too!! I would recommend this property to a couple wanting to see Kennebunkport,Perkins Cove,York,Portland and more! We were able to take a day drive thru Vermont,New Hampshire and back to Ogunquit to view the spetacular foilage in October with no problem! Walk out your door to a great Trolley system if you want to shop downtown or go to Wells for a great meal! Hats off to the Maxwell properties! We would LOVE to come back!

Congratulations to the owner/manager of this cottage, Searose #2, as well as two of her other properties we have enjoyed. Highest standards of cleanliness, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, reliable high speed internet, cable TV, decor has European flavor, lovely wooded setting with relaxing pool. Easy walk to downtown, beaches and excellent restaurants. Catch the Trolley in either direction only a few steps from the front door. Owner very helpful. Have been visiting Ogunquit for 24 years and have found the Maxwell properties to be the best! Thank you! We'll be back!
