Nicely furnished and decorated in a mountain-lodge motif. You will love the blend of new furniture, cozy down comforters, high thread count sheets and nostalgic Lake Tahoe antiques. Each bedroom has its own theme be it fishing, classic wood boats, bears, cowboys, or the Olympic hall. Separate family room offers more space for relaxing or entertaining. New furnishings, a 32 inch flat screen tv, "theater sound", movie library, attached kitchenette for making snacks and just steps from the outdoor hot tub!
From the front deck you can dine alfresco or relax in one of the Adirondack chairs. Lovely yard brimming with flowers, level lawn, bocce court, winding cobblestone paths, hammock and hot tub. Charming rock patio with Adirondack chairs and glider around a firepit for cooking smores. The BBQ enthusiast will love cooking on the gas grill or unique brick smoker.
Walk down to the private Tahoe Park beach for a day of sun and fun in the water. Set on over three acres, the gated Tahoe Park beach has over 800 feet on the water with two piers, restrooms, protected swim area, lush sprawling lawns, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, playground, and lakefront barbecues and picnic tables.
Just one to three blocks away are the paved west shore bike path, two markets, Sunnyside restaurant, marina with boat and kayak rentals, Firesign Cafe and bike rental/repair shop.
