This newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is a soothing retreat. Relax in the living room complete with new sleeper sofa, plush chair with ottoman, or recliner as you watch the 42" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player or enjoy the views out the large window as you listen to your favorite music on the IPOD docking station. Off the living room is a balcony which overlooks Coligny Plaza.
The large fully equipped kitchen has a separate counter top island with double sink and lots of cooking room, plus bar stools for a quick snack. You can enjoy your meal in the separate dining room with seating for six or step outside onto the covered balcony to enjoy views of the lush landscaping.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, new carpet, TV and a private door to the balcony. The attached master bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a separate large soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds, new carpet, TV and private bathroom with bath/shower.
North Shore Place, built in 2001, is a beautiful complex just across the street from the ocean. The complex is also near Coligny Plaza so you are close to shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family.

The unit is clean, very nicely decorated from the paint color, flooring to the furniture. All the furniture seems new and nicely done. Chairs in living room are very comfortable. The rental folks are very nice; called to check that we were on our way, arrived safely and check to see we had everything. The unit needed a no-stick skillet, which the rental folks promptly delivered. Five stars!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
