This newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is a soothing retreat. Relax in the living room complete with new sleeper sofa, plush chair with ottoman, or recliner as you watch the 42" flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player or enjoy the views out the large window as you listen to your favorite music on the IPOD docking station.
The large fully equipped kitchen has a separate counter top island with double sink and lots of cooking room. You can enjoy your meal in the separate dining room with seating for six or step outside onto the covered balcony to enjoy views of the lush landscaping.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, new carpet, TV and a private door to the balcony. The attached master bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a separate large bathtub. The second bedroom has two twin beds, new carpet, TV and private bathroom with bath/shower.
North Shore Place, built in 2001, is a beautiful complex just across the street from the ocean. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, a landscaped inner courtyard, secure parking, WI-FI, beach access and use of the Sea Crest's oceanfront pool. The complex is also near Coligny Plaza so you are close to shopping, dining and entertainment for the whole family.
A deposit equal to 40% of the total rental cost plus tax (11%) is due at the time of reservation. There is a credit card convenience fee minimum of $30 or 3%. At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
