This house is a definite OMG upon entering. There are 2 masters with king beds, deluxe linens and towels, granite double sinks and marble shower w/ double heads. All the floors in the house are ceramic porcelain and quite beautiful. The first master is upstairs and overlooks the swimming pool and the pacific ocean.
It has a brick, domed-ceiling and mood lighting above the bed. Reading lights are also provided. The downstairs master has canned lighting above the bed and has a private jacuzzi outside the door. It, too, overlooks the ocean. Downstairs is also a TV room with big-screen plasma and Bose acoustic wave sound.
Seating for 6-8 persons. Upstairs there is also a third bedroom/office with a fold out couch to make a double sized bed for one person or two small teens. A half bath is located next to this room. Adjacent to a full kitchen with granite counters, deluxe fridge, gas stove, blender and coffee-maker and microwave is the laundry room.
Full washer and dryer and drying rack provided as well. All dishes, utensils and Calphalon cookware provided. There is a dining table for six and a counter for an extra 2 persons, a sunken outdoor living space with seating for six overlooking the ocean. The house has 12 Hunter fans and 4 air-conditioners in the 4 enclosed rooms. All the water for the house and pool is filtered with UV filter and safe to drink from the tap.
There is a yard/pool man 5 days/week and maid service as well.
Beautiful outdoor gardens surround the house but the 120 degree view of the ocean during the day (Yes, you'll see whales, dolphins, manta rays, pelicans etc.- no buildings in front of our house) and incredible stars at night.

- There is fantastic bird watching throughout the area in the numerous lagoons and also directly from the house, turtles lay their eggs regularly on the beach directly in front of us between October and April, an iguana museum is 1 mile away in our little village
