Fantastic Tahoe vacation home!
Single level, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Great home to entertain in with a wide sweeping front room and soaring vaulted ceilings. Plenty of couches and chairs to relax in. Large television with VCR, DVD/CD player and stereo system. From crab crackers to champagne glasses, serving dishes to stainless steel cookware, this house is easy to cook in. Enjoy a holiday feast, games, or a gathering with friends around the huge dining room table which seats 12!
Pine paneled bedrooms feature log furniture and comfortable beds with plenty of down comforters, cozy quilts and bed pillows. Each of the three bedrooms adjoins a bathroom. The master bath is gorgeous with granite counters, new slate floors and shower with forest views!
A great, private setting with vacant land on three sides. Miles of forest land right out the back door. Outdoor enthusiasts love the network of trails through Paige Meadows great for hiking and mountain biking in the summer; cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter. Great outdoor spaces with three "rooms" to chase the sun or shade all day. Large sunny front deck conveniently located off the kitchen and living rooms with patio table, umbrellas and gas grill overlooking the lawn. Beautiful flower beds brimming with summer color fill the spaces! After a day on the trails soothe your muscles in the outdoor hot tub! The waterfall hot tub enjoys a charming garden view and towering pines under starry skies! Lastly, another great rock patio with log Adirondack chairs gathered around a firepit for fireside chats and smores! Head through the arbor and follow a forest trail to Page Meadows for great hiking, mountain biking, skiing and snowshoeing! (About 2 blocks to trail head)
Open kitchen/living room is great for a large group. New dining table seats 12; perfect for family gatherings and holidays meals. Nicely furnished and decorated in a classic-lodge style. New top of the line stainless steel appliances in the kitchen making cooking and cleaning a breeze!
Sunny front deck with patio furniture overlooks a beautiful lawn area. Private backyard in the woods, complete with hammock and more patio furniture. Access to private Tahoe Park beach offering 800 feet of lake frontage, two piers, and over three acres of beautiful grounds complete with large lawn areas, lakefront picnic tables and barbecues, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, and playground for the kids.

We had a spectacular stay at the Blue Sky Cabin. Every morning we woke to a slight, but joyous breeze and the faint wailing of the miraculously tall trees. The wildlife surrounding it made it even more charming. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms were very well equipped along with the glorious master bathroom with jacuzzi/hot tub. We look forward to the little slice of mountain heaven that was lended to us as guests. The gas grill out on the deck was great and helpful. The lawn was very nice and the flowers have a great aura of beauty along with their great smell. The garage was very helpful with the bikes and other recreation. We look forward to staying in this great place known as Tahoe and in this wonderful cabin. Thanks!

The Shakes family and friends enjoyed a fabulous Thanksgiving feast at your splendid dining room table! It was a wonderful week and we even managed to ski 4 days-we are very happy campers!
