FREE Night, FREE Day - From October 19th, 2011 to MAY 25th, 2012 our special offer is stay for three nights but pay for only two. You may as well take an extra day off and have fun with a FREE condo night. Did we say FREE, yes FREE.
Our large one bedroom condo is in Bahia Vista. It's in town nestled against the hills so it's easy to walk everywhere. We are on the top floor so the view is great. You have 20 stair steps from the street to the elevator. It's just a short and flat/level 3 block (490 yards) walk to the boardwalk/beach. It's only another 90 yards to the pier. At that point you are right in the middle of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Located out of the hustle and bustle but conveniently close by.
We absolutely love to have dinner on the huge deck watching the sun go down and the city lights come on. You can see a beautiful panorama from the canyon/mountains through the city to the beautiful harbor and Casino. Enjoy your favorite beverage while you BBQ and be relaxing in our favorite "restaurant" on the Island!
There are only six pools that we know of on the island and Bahia Vista's pool is excellent. It is in a courtyard so it's blocked from the wind. It also has a large spa/whirlpool for you to soak away your troubles.
We installed privacy curtains in the master bedroom so those sleeping on the sofa bed can get to the bathroom without disturbing the sleepers in the king bed. By the way, the king bed is actually two twins pulled together so if you want to separate them you can. The living room has a queen sofa bed (we bought the best one we could find and paid a lot but it's still a sofa bed and not that great for big people). We do have 2 roll away mattress' available for kids or small adults. I even use the roll away mattress' (and I'm a big adult) on the deck nestled under a convenient overhang and sleep under the stars once in awhile.
There is a large 30" TV in the living room and a 20" in the master bedroom. A DVD player is in the living room. We just put in a brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave in 2009!
We offer FREE long distance phone calls and DSL broadband internet (plug in) so you can brag about your vacation to your friends on the mainland and surf the internet.
See the floorplan in the photos. It's 793 square feet in the condo and another 374 square feet on the deck (huge) for a total of 1,167 square feet.

Why the Owner Chose Avalon
It is in town but away from the crowds. Just a 3 block walk to the boardwalk. Really, no kidding, the huge patio is wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, scenic and comfortable.
