  We really enjoyed out stay at the Tuscan Inn in Idaho Falls. It is centrally located, and a very nice home that is decorated beautifully. It was much nicer than we even expected. Cheri was a great help and answered all of our questions right away. It was so much better than renting hotel rooms for four days, and we were able to cook all of our meals in the large kitchen. We will be using the home again the next time we go through Idaho Falls.

  The description of this home given on line is very accurate. The photos were just as the rooms were accurate. Actually, he home was even more lovely than the pictures reflect. It was not only clean and in good repair but so welcoming. We stayed in early January and were welcomed by a beautifully lit Christmas Tree and stair garland. The Owner was very helpful in answering questions about the place when I called. Our grown children gathered in Idaho Falls for my youngest wedding and the home made for a great place to all be together during this happy occasion. So much nicer than a bunch of hotel rooms. It did not have a high chair or pack and play for a small child which would have been nice or board games which we would have enjoyed on one of he evenings. I HIGHLY recommend this home. No complaints at all.

  This is our second time staying at this home. The home is clean, neatly furnished and great customer service. It is nice to show up unpack my bags and cook dinner and let my little one (3 & 5) play. The house has enough rooms/floors that a few family member can all stay there and still have their own space. The location is excellent! Near all the shopping and "things" to do. The neighborhood seems really nice. The man next door smiles and waves as does the women across the street. It is a good place to stay and I plan on staying here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Nice quiet in-town setting, great back yard for kids and cookout; very clean; furniture in great shape, good cookware, lots of nice towels, pillows, comfortable beds & extra blankets. Especially loved the kitchen island for large family meals. Lock box a little awkward but garage opener was very handy. Only a couple of miles from mall, grocery store, Sam's Club, and Lowes. Agent very responsive when a problem (dripping faucet) was reported. We rent one or two homes a year for family vacations and this one was great although most of the others come with an ocean.

  This property suited our family of 4 including grandma of 84 with well appointed facilities, great kitchen for us to do our own cooking and heaps of room for spreading out after our long trips in the States. With large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it would have been suitable for a couple of families and still have lounge space upstairs and downstairs. When I saw the photos, I thought it would be surprising if it looked as good, but it really did. It has Tuscan themed items throughout the house and lovely comfortable furniture along with a great deck and barbecue out the back, we used it but came inside when it started to snow in June??!! Thanks Cheri for the use of your property it was great. The kiwis appreciated this piece of "homeliness" during a busy holiday.

  The listing description and photographs prompted our inquiries on this beautiful home. The Property Mangers gave us every detail to find and access the property. THE PROPERTY IS GORGEOUS! Fully furnished in a tasteful Tuscan decor- beautifully lighted by sun during the day or fixtures at night. Five beds, linens aplenty and a kitchen with all amenities and appliances to serve 12 comfortably. Backyard and full deck with BBQ, play football and feed the team! This was dream come true for our family, as we came into Idaho Fall for a Wedding. Less than 5 minutes in the car to grocery, shopping, zoo, park, interstate. Bathrooms are tiled, roomy and the master bath has dual showers! Every appointment listed in the description of the home is True. I am appreciative to the owners and management (answering the phone whenever you call) for being hospitable and allowing us to have the house to make family memories. I never considered the property a rental, it is a home, you may borrow for a fee.

When booking over a major holidays our Rate is $275 per night 3 Night min.=$825 Taxes & Ins. not included. Excluding Christmas holiday time frame which starts Dec.23rd thru Jan 1st.

Cancellation policy:

TUSCAN INN RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please call a day or two prior to coming to get drive directions and key lock box combination to use during your stay. Check In 4:00 pm ~ Check Out 11:00 am *Home IS TO BE OCCUPIED BY NO MORE THAN THE HOME SLEEPS IN BEDS WITH OUT PERMISSION FROM IDAHO FALLS RESERVATIONS. Trailers, campers and tents ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! *Important Information: House Trash: Garbage pickup is EARLY on Monday Mornings. If departing on Sunday please set your trash bags and or cans from the garage out to the curbside so it can be picked up "Early Monday Morning". When departing on other days of the week please have trash bagged up and sitting in the garage so we can dispose of it for you. Please! No loose garbage in cans...Must be bagged up in trash bags, We appreciate your help with this matter. *Homes “ARE NOT” equipped with private toiletries like bar soap, shampoo and conditioner for the bath/showers so bring these items with you. Make sure and give everyone in your group a copy of this lodging agreement terms so they are informed of rules and information pertaining to this property you are renting. *Homes “ARE” equipped with: Bedding, pillows, towels, pots & pans, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, detergent for washer, propane for gas grill. *Make sure to bring a copy of the terms of agreement information below that you agreed to when making your reservation so you know what to do during your stay with us while occupying the Tuscan Inn. *Payment Procedures: 1. When booking outside the 60 day cancellation window half of total amount is required by credit card when booking online. Final payment is due 30 days prior to reservation and will be automatically charged to your credit card at the due date time. The same card will be charged that you used to book unit. 2. When booking within the 60 day cancellation window full payment is required unless other arrangements have been made with us. 3. It’s possible to mail in your payment by check or money order but you will need to call us to book over the phone and a credit card will be needed to hold for the damage deposit. *60 Day Cancellation Policy: When cancelling 30 plus days before your reservation date you will receive a full refund minus the 3% merchant fees to run your credit card. When cancelling within the 60 day window the funds you have paid are non refundable unless we can rebook the dates you have reserved. If your dates can be re-booked you will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 re-booking fee & 3% merchant fee charges for running you credit card. When paying by check no merchant fees will be deducted. At departure, you will need to bag up all your trash and place in the garage. if you are departing on Monday please set it on by the curb so it can be picked up by the city. Prior to your departure the The Tuscan Inn must be left in a cleaned up manner. Guests are responsible to do your own dishes. Please try and wash as many towels as possible the night before departure and in the morning any towels used must also be washed before departure. Then start two sets of sheets and pillowcases washing in the washer before you walk out the door to leave. Please be honest with us if anything gets broken or damaged during your stay and tell us about it so we are not surprised when we arrive to inspect/clean the home. *Noise Ordinance: The County has a noise ordinance that is strictly enforced and shall be obeyed by 10 pm. *Eviction notice: If guests do not obey the noise ordinance, subdivision rules and/or if we feel damage could occur to the rental property you will be instructed to depart the property immediately. You will be given 2 hours to depart the property. *WARNING: NO SMOKING ~ NO PETS $300.00 will be automatically deducted from your damage deposit if your pets are inside OR OUTSIDE the home. and /or another $300.00 if the cabin smells like cigar or cigarette smoke. All of our private homes are non-smoking. *Rights Reserved: Idaho Falls Reservations reserves the right to offer alternative accommodations without legal or monetary ramifications to Idaho Falls Reservations. We would offer alternative accommodations of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen complications that might arise in case of an emergency, acts of god, such as but not limited to physical defects that may occur in the home you have booked, such reasons for the move could be adverse weather conditions, mechanical and/or physical complications such as broken or frozen water lines, etc. If alternative accommodations are not satisfactory a refund will be refunded to you as soon as possible. *The Property Manager or Owner: will not be responsible for the damage to the Renters personal property while occupying the property. I have read this agreement and understand it’s a legal document and I/we bare responsibility for consulting with legal counsel where not understood. *Finders Keepers! Take a thorough inspection inside and outside of the rental property for any personal items that might get left behind. If items need to be mailed back to you there will be a minimum $25.00 charge.
