  The house is wonderful with a terrific view and well furnished. The owners are very accomodating and a joy to work with when we call.

  We were completely satisfied with this house on San Marco. It surpassed our expectations. The location was great. It's in a quiet area yet close to Publix, Walgreens and several other shops. We enjoyed the pristine pool and the view from the lanai. The house was very clean and it's obvious that the owners take good care of it. The family room is large and there is a big screen TV in the entertainment center. The shower in the master bathroom was great - one of the largest that I have seen. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning a vacation on Marco Island. My husband enjoyed the deep sea fishing and one of the restaurants cooked his catch for us. Most of the restaurants will do this - just ask the boat captain and he will tell you where to go.

• Superb villa and location

  This was our 2nd stay in Marco Island, and the first in Roseanne and Bill's villa. The villa was everyting we needed and more. The waterfront view is simply perfect, with dolphins swimming past on several occasions. The villa is very large, well equipped and very clean. The only issue was the oven door was broken at the time, but Roseanne was waiting for spare parts to come for it, however, this did not prevent us having lovely meals outside watching the sun go down. I would have no hesitation in booking this villa when we come back to Marco Island. Thanks. Ian & Irene Scott Perth, Scotland

  We stayed the last week of June and our hosts were especially kind and gracious...answered every question...bent over backwards to make our stay the best it could be...wow, what a great week we had!!! The beds were firm and the master (what a great bed!) bedroom was just perfect with it's own TV...sliding glass door right onto the deck...and two shower heads in the all tile walk in...just big, probably 60 sq ft. I think there is a TV in every bedroom and wireless internet access was fast and easy. The great room is a concert hall, 30'x30', 900 sq ft...I walked it off...with this huge screen TV, every channel you can imagine, and such comfy couch and chairs as well as a dining table with eight cushioned seats situated in front of another sliding door with top to bottom glass sidelights...amazing view!! And there is another dining area, just off the kitchen with another table and chairs with still another sliding glass door...great for orange juice, bagels and coffee in the am...total access to the pool area. And the pool is what really made this the perfect place...screened by tall hedges and bushes on both sides it is very private...we never heard the neighbors although I'm sure they heard us a time or two. This is the perfect place, according to my wife, to work on a tan. Totally screened in so there were zero bugs to contend with...the pool just invited you to take a midnight dip and enjoy the moon, stars and warm night air. The daylight view from the pooldeck was equally invigorating...serene and interesting. And the kitchen is just steps away for refreshments and lunch. Publix, Subway, Burger King, Walgrens, Ace Hardware as well as a few really nice restaurants within a couple blocks...just right...and one local eatery down near the Hilton with lobster tail and prime rib for $12.99 per entre...great meal on a shoestring! And just ask Bill and Roseanne which Mexican place they like...superb salsa and fresh everything. Outstanding food!! When we went to Resident's Beach we discovered 300+ yards of pure pristine sand with every amenity...drinks, showers, shells and even shade. Our stay could not have been more perfect...there was even space for the car in the attached garage...wow! When time and schedules permit, we will return. We have never had as nice or fun a vacation as this. Thank you Bill and Roseanne for a truly memorable experience. Thank you!!!

  "Anyone familiar with Marco Island will be aware of the wonderful villas backing on to waterways providing beautiful relaxing views. This property did not disappoint on any front. Internally it is well furnished with a large open sitting room and a TV of enormous proportions. Bedrooms are well appointed both the kitchen and dining room are stocked with everything you could need. However, it is outside that really hits the spot, especially if you love wildlife. The lanai looks out onto a wide expanse of water where the fish are jumping, the pelicans are diving and dolphins come by regularly (at least in our two weeks). Our evening BBQ's were special especially watching the Marco Island sunset knowing that we could sit outside until late in the evening. The location is ideal and a short walk (or even shorter drive) will find the local shops including the Publix supermarket and liquor store. Our hosts, Bill and Roseanne could not have been more accommodating or helpful. We would score our stay at 9.75 out of 10 only the lack of local information and usual books, games etc stopped us scoring a perfect ten! We definitely will be back later this the year to enjoy wonderful Marco Island and would not hesitate in recommending the villa to friends."

$895 off season/week; $1,895 in season/weekWe rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions. There is a 10% Florida tax, except when renting six months or more.  
Deposits
We ask for a 25% deposit of the total rental fee plus a cleaning/damage deposit of $300 (refundable after everything is clean and nothing is broken).  The balance is due one month before your arrival date. 
Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking date.
