Special buy 2 get 3rd night FREE for any openings in my calendar.Don't rent one of those tired well-worn rental units managed by some "management company" who does NOT have a personal interest in the condo unit. I own and manage my condo with the help of a great cleaning crew, local handyman and heat/air cond. man. Why is mine better -we own another home on the island and check our unit often. With a management company unit, you get a quick cleaning and that's it.

WHY DISCOUNT?
This year, I am not using a rental agency and this promotion is to build my customer base for future repeat customers. My condo is one of Summer Beach's newest OCEANFRONT luxury condos.It is in the GATED community of Ocean Place. It is perfect for small children or the ELDERLY in that there are NO STEPS to get in the building or to get to my unit or the pool. Our building has 2 elevators. Our spacious, second floor, Non-Smoking, three-bedroom, three full bath condominium is OCEANFRONT & has new HIGH SPEED INTERNET just for my guests.
It is an end unit and it overlooks the ocean. There are 2 condominium pools right out your door and the big Beach Club pool is only a 5 minute walk. It is next to the boardwalk to the beach. The condominium is also next the Ritz Carlton where you can dine or get a massage.
It is located in the Summer Beach Resort giving you free access to lighted tennis courts as well as the Beach Club Resort pool (complete with food, bar service, and baby pool as well as guest privileges at a discounted rate at the Golf Club of Amelia Island (championship golf course) which is located next door to our condominium at the Ritz Carlton. There are 5 other golf courses available to you on the island.
Our unit has direct OCEANFRONT views from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized, pillow-top, mattress bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with two sink vanity, garden tub, separate shower, and toilet room. The two secondary bedrooms consist of a queen-size bed in one and the other has two twins (each bedroom has its own full bath).
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Porta-crib and highchair are available upon request. There is a storage closet for you to store your beach toys, pool floats, etc. It has a complete modern kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. My unit is a Prestige Property Winner in 2006, 2007 & 2008.
The unit has an oversized patio complete with table,4 chairs and a chaise lounge to watch a sunrise or just gaze at the waves lapping the beach. This unit was decorated and furnished just 2 years ago and looks great! I also provide 4 beach chairs that are in the owners closet right out your front door.
