This rental unit is dated and not stunning inside, but it is large, clean, and the location is excellent. The unit sits right on the beach and the beach was very quiet, the others around on the beach were very friendly. I would highly recommend it to any beach-goers. Those who want to spend their time on the couch...this is probably not for you, it's all about the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We spent a week at this condo in July 2010. It sits on a wonderful beach that is not crowded at all. The condo itself isn't spectacular as far as furnishings/amenities, but the ocean views from the master bedroom and the deck right on the beach are worth the price alone. We have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for a long time, and this is by far the best value we have found for an oceanfront property. The rentals on the ocean that we have seen are either tiny one/two bedroom condos that feel more like hotel rooms, or houses for double the price. This unit is the right location at the right price and we will definitely be back!
