This new little community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hectic pace of Destin and its traffic and is located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach, which is the 20 mile corridor that meanders past beautiful beaches and past coastal dune lakes between Destin and Panama City.
1st Floor: House has a small covered front porch. Queen bedroom, bath. Laundry room. Kitchen has a large bar with all modern appliances. Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 more at the bar. Living area has 27" TV, DVD, VCR, sleeper sofa and a very nice wrap-around patio.
2nd Floor: King master bedroom, 25" TV, VCR, bath and wrap-around patio. Bedroom with 2 twins. Queen bedroom, TV, shared bath.
3rd Floor: Large loft with day bed/trundle pullout, 20" TV, DVD, VCR, computer with printer and gulf views.

Thank you for the use of your home. We really enjoyed our stay. The convenience to the pool was great and short walk to the beach and Goatfeathers. the house was clean and roomy...plenty of room for our party of 10. The house could use a little updating - carpet/paint, but understandable since it's a home that allows pets. Also a couple conveniences like a sponge for cleaning pots/pans & maybe sugar, salt, etc, would be nice. We left our salt and pepper for the next guests. =) thank you!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
