The home has 2 large living areas:
The bright and airy sunroom located on the first floor. Watch TV or listen to music after a great day at the beach here.
The second living area is upstairs and perfect cozy perch to read a book or watch TV.
The master bedroom with king bed is located on the first floor and has a private bath. This bedroom opens to the pool.
Upstairs there are 2 spacious guest rooms The first guest room is decorated in a tropical theme with a king bed. The second guest room is bright and cheery with a queen bed.. These two bedrooms share a full bath.
The upstairs den is quite comfortable and could be used for a extra sleeping area.
There is an additional sleeper sofa on the first floor if needed.
Enjoy your meals around the large dining table or in the courtyard outside on the picnic table.
Coligny Plaza with restaurants, a grocery, shops and entertainment is just a 5 min. bike ride
