This luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium is located within one of the top beach resorts in all of Florida. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has something to please everyone seeking the ideal beach vacation. This 2500-acre, beautifully landscaped resort has four championship golf courses, an on-site fitness center, biking trails throughout the resort, a full-service marina and of course, the most beautiful sugar white beaches.
I have 2 units (#6632/6634 and #6710/6712) providinh beautiful views of the Choctawatchee Bay.. The Sunsets from these condo are amazing! In addition, the Luau Towers offer Observation Decks on the 11th floor for even more breathtaking views of the gulf and resort. What better place to start the morning or finish a relaxing day at Sandestin.
Professionally designed and decorated, this unit offers you and your family total relaxation. Both units feature a King bed in the master with full size sleeper sofa in family room, King in the guest (a lock out design) with its own Kitchenette and a twin sleeper sofa in the family room! We have two of these units for those with larger parties traveling together.
Luau sits back about 300 yards from the beach with a dedicated walkway directly to the beach. The saltwater pool at Luau is huge, gorgeous and a delight. There is a continuous waterfall design, large sun deck and separate hot tub. A well equipped community gas grilling area with tables and chairs as well a fitness center are available for guests.
