This Condo was perfect! It's been beautifully updated, complete with it's own desktop computer and Internet service. We've vacationed in Daytona for over 30 years--the last 20 at The Sherwin. We love this building and location and have stayed in 6 different units. The building is VERY well maintained. We've enjoyed each unit, but prefer the bottom walkout units. This particular unit is located on the NE end of the building and is very private--very little foot traffic comes by. And when you sit in the living room, you feel like the ocean is in your backyard! Did I mention that the master bed is extremely comfy?!? And the owner even left a $25 grocery store gift card! We will definitely be back!!!

An excellent condo in an excellent building. Our family has stayed in this building, before, but this condo was the best. The owners know what a vacationer wants & needs, & provides it all. It is in a great location, also. We'll be back.
