Absolutely amazing beach home in Seagrove! So spacious! House is fully stocked with every amenity needed! Couldn't have been more perfect for our family of 6. Short bike ride to Seaside and the beach!!! A must stay!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

FANTASTIC!! We wanted a place that was quiet and relaxed, and certainly found it!! Serenity Oaks has everything you need. We all enjoyed the wonderful pool, and the adults especially loved the shaded loggia to relax and watch the kids enjoy. The bedrooms and layout were very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well laid out as well. The owner is a most gracious host, answering all of my many questions. The house made our trip! Thank you very much!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wonderful home, private, yet close to all "festivities" in town. The private salt water pool was where we spent most of our time, huge asset to a family with young children. We have been visiting this area for many years, the best location for our family thus far! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children.

About the owner: Lois and Don Berthaume are the owners of this property. We have been coming to the area for over 30 years. In 1999 we purchased a lot in Grove by the Sea and in 2002 built a second home. In 2009 we purchased this house from the original owners who was also the builder.
Why the Owner Chose Grove by the Sea:
We purchased this house because it is very private, set far from the street and all on one level. The living space is very spacious and is a great place for family to gather.

The pool area and loggia is a great place to swim, sun bathe or just relax. In the winter time relaxing in front of the wood fire place is a great place to read or watch TV.
