This beautifully refurbished and renovated villa in Palmetto Dunes is steps away from the ocean and comes with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM!!
Located on the fifth floor of Building 2, this ocean view villa features a living room with a new queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, a new 37" flat screen TV and VCR/DVD player, wireless internet throughout the unit, and FREE long distance calling within the US and Canada. There is a slider to the balcony that is also shared with the master bedroom. Outside is a new patio set with 2 chairs and a table.
The dining room is off the kitchen and has seating for six. The kitchen has updated appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, and bar seating for two. There is a full-sized washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms have new furniture and bedding. The master has double doors off the living room, a king bed, a new 32" flat screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a private bath with a garden tub and separate shower, and there is a slider to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queens, a new 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, and a writing desk. The private bath has a tub/shower combo, and there is a slider to a private balcony with a new patio set with 2 chairs and a table. This villa has everything your family needs for a memorable trip to beach!

We have a family of 6 and we were very happy with this condo for our August 2011 visit to Hilton Head. The unit was very clean and very close to the beach! The pool was very nice and not too crowded. The owner was very helpful and communicated very well. She gave us a lot of recommendations on activities to make our stay much more fun. Palmetto Dunes has to be one of the best, if not the best, on the island. We'll be back for our next trip to Hilton Head. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Stayed at this condo in August of 2011 and could not have been happier. Location is very convenient to beach and to the condo pool. Just a short walk from the beach entrance to a convenient restaurant. Property was clean, well-maintained and had all of the amenities one would need to have a relaxing, fun vacation. Owner was beyond helpful in providing any and all information needed; made sure all of my concerns were addressed and went well above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I would highly recommend this unit not only for its overall location and amenities, but also for the owner who made the rental process a pure pleasure. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

My family and I stayed at this condo from June 4-11, 2011. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! We have stayed in other complexes in Palmetto Dunes, Folly Field, Sea Pines and Forest Beach in the past, but this condo was our favorite, hands-down. The pictures on the website are accurate; there is a nice view of the ocean from the condo. The condo was clean and everything worked well while we were there. The owner was very friendly, helpful and professional. The fitness building is very nice; the equipment seems up-to-date. Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool (right at the beach) were clean and inviting. This is a fabulous condo in a wonderful complex. Be assured that what you see is what you get with this listing. :-)

This spring break trip was one of our best. Condo was exactly as described and shown. The top floor was quiet and provided a view of the ocean. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. This was our second stay at Villamare and we would particularly recommend this condo. It is convenient to golf, tennis, dining, shopping and the ocean. We spent a lot of time this trip biking the trails in and around Palmetto Dunes. We enrolled our eleven year old daughter in a two hour tennis camp each day and she had a blast. As far as restaurants go, our daughter loves the Salty Dog Cafe, while the grownups really enjoy Redfish - we have had some truly great meals there. Although these restaurants are not in the immediate Palmetto Dunes area, they are within easy driving distance.

THIS WAS MY FAMILY'S FIRST TRIP TO HILTON HEAD. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. THE CONDO WAS VERY LARGE FOR A 2 BEDROOM AND WAS ACCOMMODATING TO MY LARGE FAMILY OF MY HUSBAND AND I AND OUR 4 YOUNG ADULT CHILDREN AND 1 EXTRA FRIEND. WE LOVED AND NEEDED THE EXTRA LARGE BEDROOMS. EVERYTHING WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES OF THE CONDO WERE ACCURATE AND HELPFUL. THE OWNERS WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND PROVIDING INFO ON AREA ATTRACTIONS AND RESTAURANTS.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. This particular villa was probably the cleanest one we've rented in the five years we've been vacationing at Palmetto Dunes. The kitchen is updated and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and all the appliances were in good working order. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed watching television in the evenings on the new flat screen T.V. It was also very quiet in the mornings (great for night owls) We enjoyed our time at the beach and pool, which is well maintained, and if you can get a chaise under one of the large palm trees, you've got it made in the shade! Palmetto Dunes is great for bike riding on the beach or on the main road. You can even head across the street to Shelter Cove to visit the shops or get a bite to eat. We enjoyed eating at the Crazy Crab, Marley's, NYC Pizza, David's Roast Fish and Cornbread and loved the ice cream at Hilton Head Ice Cream!
