Our Condo is ideally located in a quiet setting along the Uncompahgre River in the heart of the City of Ouray. We are located two blocks west of the Million Dollar Highway (Main Street).
We are a short two block walk to restaurants, shops, Box Canyon Park and the Ouray Ice Park. From our front door there is easy access to hiking, biking, jeep trails and all other activities.
This is a ground floor, one level unit that has all of the comforts of home. Our Condo features a king bedroom with a private bath and a second queen bedroom with a common bathroom the third bed is a queen size air mattress. We also have board games, puzzles and playing cards available.
We also offer a shopping service to stock your Condo before your arrival with all of your favorite wants and needs. This can include personal items, snacks and food staples.
We require a 50% deposit when you book your reservation and the balance is due upon arrival. We offer a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
