Our Condo is ideally located in a quiet setting along the Uncompahgre River in the heart of the City of Ouray. We are located two blocks west of the Million Dollar Highway (Main Street).
We are a short two block walk to restaurants, shops, Box Canyon Park and the Ouray Ice Park. From our front door there is easy access to hiking, biking, jeep trails and all other activities.
This is a ground floor, one level unit that has all of the comforts of home. Our Condo features a king bedroom with a private bath and a second queen bedroom with a common bathroom, the third bed is a queen sofa sleeper. We also have board games, puzzles and playing cards available.
We also offer a shopping service to stock your Condo before your arrival with all of your favorite wants and needs. This can include personal items, snacks and food staples.
We require a 50% deposit when you book your reservation and the balance is due upon arrival. We offer a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.

Had an awesome time in Ouray and the condo suite helped out a lot. Full kitchen and clean bathrooms. I'll be back for sure.

We arrived at our accommodations and were very pleased with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the unit. Everything was as stated and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. It is close to downtown and you can hear the river flowing and we opened our window at night and enjoyed this. The only negative commnet I have was the curtness of the front desk clerk when we checked in, her comments about several items that did not come with the condo were given in a very unpleasant manner. No breakfast, no linen service, you have a washer & dryer if you need clean linens...other than that it was a great stay.

Your condo was perfect for us!! It was very quiet and relaxing. We were so thankful that you were able to accomodate our very long Jeep trailer and truck. Thats a huge plus for us!! We love Ouray and will be back!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was well taken care of, very clean, modern conveniences, everything we could ask for was supplied. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the nearby creek was very calming. The manager was very eager to please and the other guests were polite and courteous. The only thing I would suggest is that you put a deadbolt lock on the back bedroom door. I know that sounds silly when you are sleeping with the windows open, but it would just make the guests feel more secure. We had stayed at the Victorian Inn the year before and enjoyed our stay there, so I went to their website to seek accomodations for our vacation this summer. That is where I found information about the condo, and the manager was very helpful in answering any questions I had. It was absolutely perfect for 2 couples. We brought along friends who had never visited Ouray, and they were very impressed with the condo and the beautiful vistas. We definitely look forward to staying at the Aspen again.
