We invite you to enjoy our home, which is a Duplex. We have an UPSTAIRS unit and a DOWNSTAIRS unit, which can be rented separately or together. We are the 9TH HOUSE FROM THE BEACH on a quiet OCEANSIDE street in BEACH HAVEN PARK, LBI. The house is set back from the private road so we have a large Front yard and a large Back Yard. Come enjoy dining out in the cool ocean breeze, delight in the sunsets on the Upstairs side deck, play horseshoes, enjoy outdoor games, and family gatherings. We are just 230 STEPS TO THE OCEAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UPSTAIRS Unit - There is plenty of light in the open floorplan. Sleeping arrangements include: Master Bedroom - 1 queen-size bed with dresser and walk-in closet, Bedroom #2 - two twin beds with large drawers underneath along with a dresser, and a Queen-size sofabed in the open living room. There is also a full height queen size air mattress available for additional guests. Linens are provided so that the beds are made for your arrival (upon request). There is a full bath and a well supplied kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans. Televisions are located in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. A High Speed Wireless Network is ready for your computer. An X-Box with games can be provided. There is a DVD along with a Movie Library in the Living Room as well. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs laundry room, which is accessed without bothering the Downstairs guests. New flooring was recently installed throughout. You have an elevated porch/deck to enjoy along with your own private back yard. Additional photos and a floor plan can be emailed upon request.
DOWNSTAIRS Unit - This is a cozy chic, white cottage style - ALL NEW. Sleeping arrangements include: Master Bedroom - 1 queen-size bed with dresser and built-ins, Bedroom #2 - one double bed and a dresser (this is cozy - a favorite of our friends & family), and Bedroom # 3 (also a Den or separate Sitting Area) is a private room with a Queen-size sofabed, dresser, and built-ins. There is also a full height queen size air mattress available for additional guests. Linens are provided so that the beds are made for your arrival (upon request). There is a full bath and a well supplied kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans. Televisions are located in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. A High Speed Wireless Network is ready for your computer. An X-Box with games can be provided if requested. There is a DVD along with a Movie Library in the Living Room as well. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs laundry room, which is accessed through a door from the back yard. This unit was completely gut, renovated so everything is brand new!! You have a sitting area with a table, umbrella, and chairs in the front yard, which is set back from the street, for your enjoyment. This is the first year this unit will be rented out so come enjoy it!! Additional photos and a floor plan can be emailed upon request.
There is no doubt you will love it and want to come back again and again to enjoy! This cozy, worry free haven is within walking distance of the ACME shopping center, Stadium Movie Theater (eight blocks), and the best ice cream parlor on LBI - The Skipper Dipper (nine blocks).
Other Walking distances; 6 blocks to a variety of shops which include How to Live, Cunnighams, Talk of the Walk, The Red Chair, Under the Mistletoe, and the Art Studio. You can also take clases at the Art Studio, which are suitable for all ages.
You can walk (6 blocks) to have breakfast and lunch at Jersey Girl or dine outside at The Blue Water Cafe. Kobel's Liquor store and restaurant, Pinky's Seafood, ACME rentals (bikes, cribs, etc.) are all within 1/8 of a mile. Bay Village (shopping)& Fantasy Island (casino and kids amusement park with water slides) is within 2 miles. Take a walk or bike ride to the nearest playground and bay beach within a mile. Everything is conveniently located from our terrific Duplex.
Rental includes 2 beach badges per floor during your stay. There is parking for 4 vehicles (2 per Floor) in the driveway & plenty of street parking if needed.

Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven Park
I came here since a child with my large family of five siblings and extended family for summers and weekend getaways. It brings a wealth of rich feelings from the ocean to the bay, to lemonade and ice cream to an ice cold beer or glass of wine on the beach to the warmth of family and memories providing all ages with an enormous amount of safety, freedom and easy going laid back atmoshere yet you can put your favorite heels on and little black dress and be wined and dined with style. I wanted my grown children to continue to grow in this island of memories to extend to their children. I want everyone that comes in my home-family, friends, welcome renters to feel what I feel here-the simplicity, the wholeness-it's a gift...a dream....and I love to share it!!!!!!!

Wow... What a fantastic place! Love the owner she is so warm and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. My family and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. Already planning this years get away.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved it-great warm owners who couldn't do enough to make us more comfortable. very private backyard with all you could need throughout the rental. Very clean and inviting-made you feel like you wanted a cocktail as soon as you walked in
