New owner would like to invite you to stay at their second floor private retreat - only 9 houses from the beach on the ocean side of LBI. Private side entrance with deck to start your day with a cup of coffee and the beautiful sunrise or view the sunsets with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. There is easy access to the clean ocean beach with lifeguards on duty daily from 9am-5pm. After a long day at the beach, shower off the sands and lotion in the outdoor shower. Enjoy dinner outdoors with the lovely ocean breeze in your private, spacious back yard. Plenty of room for horse shoes, quoits and outdoor play. Decorated to feel like an island cottage, it sits back from the quiet road. Come ready for fun and great memories!
There is plenty of light in the open floorplan. Sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom #1 - king-size bed with dresser and walk-in closet, Bedroom #2 - two single beds with large drawers underneath and dresser, Queen-size sofabed in open living room. There is also a queen size full height blow up matress for additional quests. There is a full bath and a well-supplied kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Televisions are located in the main living area and Bedroom #1. Wireless internet access is ready for your computer. The washer and dryer are located downstairs for your use.
This cozy, worry-free haven is within walking distance of the Acme shopping center and the Stadium Movie Theater (eight blocks) and the best ice cream parlor on LBI - The Skipper Dipper (nine blocks). Kobel's Liquor store and restaurant, Pinky's Seafood, Acme rentals (bikes, cribs, etc.) is within 1/8 of a mile. Bay Village (shopping)& Fantasy Island (casino and kids amusement park with water slides) is within 2 miles. Jersey Girl is eight blocks to walk for breakfast, lunch or snacks and fun shops-How to Live, Art Shop, Cunniham's and clothing shops
Rental includes 2 beach badges during your stay. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway & plenty of OFF-street parking if needed.

The Unique Benefits of this House/Duplex
In addition to all the ammenities we also provide for couples with small children baby sitting services by an expirience nanny there-by giving mom and dad a few hours to themselves if desired. There are also two hammocks and an infant swing for the children. Three bicycles are ready available to enjoy not to mention a jogging strawler and beach cabana accomodates two.
